We were very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism demonstrated by Precision. From the repairman, salesman, and the pair of garage door installers, they were respectful and responsible throughout the process. In our experience we had very old doors and so we ordered and had installed two new garage doors. Once the doors arrived, they were installed in one day, quickly and efficiently and the clean up was thorough, as well.

The crew was timely, professional and courteous. Their work was done with care and craftsmanship. they helped to set up remotes and made sure we were confident and satisfied with the doors and the electronics associated. Excellent work! From calling the night before to confirm time and again in the morning to let me know their arrival time. Installation was complete in a timely fashion and installer did a great job explaining all of the garage door features. I just wanted to take a minute to write a review about the recent service I got from Precision Garage Doors. I had the pleasure of meeting Doug who was repairing 2 panels. He was right on time and very pleasant and knowledgeable about what happened to my door. He was also very honest. The 2 panels that were ordered were slightly different. At first I did not notice, but I did notice the colors were off. Doug pointed out that they were different, which then I saw. He called the office and explained what was going on and 2 new panels to match my existing ones were ordered. He installed the doors for safety that he had. Doug told me that when the new doors were installed I could pay the balance. Thank you Doug for noticing this and for your professionalism! Linda

Our home is located in Whitehouse Station NJ. We contracted with Precision Garage Door Service to install 3 doors with openers on a detached 3 car garage. Our home is 100 years old and any type of upgrade seems to present its set of challenges. During our initial meeting a representative who was also a technician took his time to assess and measure all aspects of the installation. He then explained to me in detail what the job would entail along with the cost which was less than what I had expected. The installation was completed by a two man crew who were professional and thorough. We are extremely happy with the entire experience. Our doors look great and we would not hesitate to work with Precision again and recommend them with confidence to our friends and family.

I called Precision Door when my old garage door suddenly broke down. Precision sent someone the next day who was able to get the door closed for security, while I waited for the new door to arrive. He gave me good advice about the different options for a new door and automatic opening mechanism. It only took about 3 weeks for the new parts to arrive. Two installers arrived on time who were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They removed the old door and old motor mechanism and installed the new parts quickly and efficiently. I am more than pleased with my new door and new automatic opening system. I highly recommend Precision Door! It really pays to go with a vendor who specializes in garage doors.
