Halo Overhead Door

I didn't choose Halo (they came with the warranty on my house) but I will gladly choose them in the future. After backing into my garage door accidentally, I needed it fixed. Except I'm out of work and can't really afford that right now. However, Halo sent a wonderful repairman, Rafael, who pounded and adjusted the door so that it can be lifted up and down-- all for under $100. And the gentlemen I spoke to with Halo prior to the work promised to give me a great deal on a new door. THAT is customer service. I highly recommend this company.

The installer, David was very professional, courteous and knowledgable. He took the time to explain what each piece was to my curious 3 year old son who wanted to help him "fix it". I highly reccommend Halo Doors.

Houston Overhead Doors did a great job through and through. Their price was competitive and after special ordering a door for us, it arrived and was installed earlier than estimated. David, from Halo Garage Door Opener, came out to install my garage door opener. He was quick and friendly. He even gave me advice on lawn care.

Houston overhead doors was so great to work with. David was patient and explained the whole process to me. We were affected by the recent flooding we had to have a complete new door tracks spring and they made sure that the garage door opener was up to par before they left the site. I called Halo doors for service and they had a technician same day within 2 hours, Jaime explained what he was going to do and what parts needed to be replaced. I was expecting a high cost of repair but it was under 200.00 which was great because I was getting quotes for over 400! Jaime cleaned after himself and my door works great, very very satisfied and will highly recommend

Great service! The big spring on our garage door broke and I couldn't even get my car out. We called Halo at nearly 5 p.m., and they sent Manuel out first thing the next morning. Within an hour and a half, he had us back in operation, and I had my car back! Very happy customers.

A real estate former construction project manager gave me the recommendation for the Houston Overhead Door Comapny. I called on a Monday and got a technician out there the next morning. The technician, Alex, arrived shortly after 9am. He was quiet, observant & thoughtful. The reason form my request for service was to replace a broken garage door opener spring. Alex made some appropriate suggestions that although $425 now, would save me in the long term. We have a heavy garage door and Alex pointed out how one of the hinges was already broken, how the 15 year old metal garage door rollers were worn and also suggested I have both springs, rather than just one spring, replaced. An upgrade in hinges & rollers would decrease the stress exerted on the springs & rest of the garage door opener mechanism. Work was done quickly, efficiently. Before he started the work, Alex let me look at the worn and broken rollers and hinge and showed me the more substantial replacement parts that he used. I would call Houston Overhead Door Company and recommend to friends again in the future.
