Professional, easy to work with. Willing to do more. Did a quality job. Very pleased. Communicated and touched based with me frequently throughout day to ensure accuracy with what we wanted. I would highly recommend this company. They also did a good job on my father property as well. Quality of supplies were good as well.

Not very happy with the fence that was installed. It's bad when after only 6 months my fence started to lean along with just about every post being loose including the ones near the gates that were supposed to be concreted down and weren't. my gates were uneven as well as the fence itself it doesnt seem your quality of workmanship is what you state in your adds and on your website. and all i was told its in the warrenty time period so we will fix it. well that's all great if it was done right in the first place but it never was I didn't have the pros you say you have and I expected more than what I was given which was nothing a big 0 for my trouble not even a small gesture to say you are sorry for the inconvenience of me having to take time off a second time because the fence wasn't done right the first time. I feel in return they should of offered me something possibly back of my cost of the fence. I asked that the owner please contact me but nothing no call. Feel like I was taken advantage of. And since the second time they came to fix what was wrong they created a new problem where my gate that didn't seem to have a problem now does it leans with the wind and leaves a space between the two doors so my dogs can get out because the latch holder in the ground was left not buried properly.

I had a fence installed in May and I am still waiting for someone to come out and clean up the mess that was made! I call Tim, who handles scheduling, and told him about the problem, sending photos. He did have someone come out and fix some of what was wrong: cement all over sidewalk, holes from previous left unfilled, distribution of soil was not as instructed. There was little that could be done about the soil, even though I told the installation crew where it was to be placed. Some of the cement residue was removed but not all. I called again about the remaining residue. No action. I was contacted by the customer service person in follow up to the install to see if I was satisfied. I told her about the issue. "Someone would get back to me right away," I was told. That still has not happened.

Fence installed to separate pool from home. Great job and great suggestion in materials. We had a small wall dividing pool/ patio and the back of home. The wall was more decorative and adding a short version of the powder coated aluminum fence we already had to this wall looks fabulous.

John personally came out to survey my property. We discussed options and privacy. He was great. The end result was a gorgeous, high quality privacy perimeter fence with two gates. It's was installed professionally and on time and budget! Kim England

I’ve recently trusted The Fence Authority with putting in a new fence around my back yard. I was very picky and after much research I finally decided to go with them. Wow! What an amazing experience. I was soo glad I chose these guys. Since the first day I contacted them and even after the installation, I was faced with nothing but polite, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service. I had soo many questions to make sure I was getting the right product and services for my money, and every single question was answered quickly, professionally and politely. After calling around to get some other quotes no one touched the Fence Authority. Choosing the right fence I wanted, ordering it, paying for it, and picking a date to have it installed was pain free and actually enjoyable! Kris and his crew were the guys set to install my fence. They came out bright and early to get started. Kris walked me through the steps of the installation process and confirmed every detail I wanted; where the fence would be how I wanted it installed, the exact location of the gates, everything. He even made some professional suggestions based off his experience that helped enhance the overall project! The guys worked all day and wouldn’t leave until they finished the fence completely, which took them till 8 PM! When they finished Kris walked me around the fence to ensure everything was ok, and of course, it was perfect! I couldn’t be happier with the end product and so glad I chose the Fence Authority. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for fence! Even though this fence will last me forever, I am looking forward to the next time I get to deal with them.

I met with one of the sales representatives for this coming last year for a fencing project at one of my communities (I manage several condominium and HOA communities in Delaware and Pennsylvania). Unfortunately, the pricing they submitted was higher than that of their competitors so the community Board voted and chose to go with a different contractor. We don't always go with the lowest price but it is a factor. Every year I have fence projects to do and we always price out all of our large projects to at least three companies in order to ensure we get fair pricing and the best service possible for our communities. This year I again met with the same sales representative from The Fence Authority. We met on the property and the fence representative saw that we had replaced the area of fencing last year and asked "We did that replacement, right?" to which I responded that unfortunately no, we had gone with another vendor. The representative then asked if we were satisfied with the work and I responded that we were. As we walked over to the area of fencing we are getting ready to replace I explained that we need pricing for both 5' and 6' tall fencing because we aren't 100% sure which size we want to go with and the difference in price might be the deciding factor. The representative then responded that he'd give me 5' pricing to which I responded that we really need both prices for comparison. At that point the representative informed me he was only going to give me pricing on the 5' fencing because "it's not his job just to price things for me" since he "isn't going to get the job anyway". I responded that I was sensing an attitude from him to which he again said "well I'm not going to get the job anyway". At that point it was obvious the representative was copping an attitude and I explained that we might as well call it a day. As we walked back to our vehicles (I had driven an hour to meet the representative on site) I explained that he'll never get the business if he doesn't submit pricing. Anyone who behaves like that certainly shouldn't get an opportunity for our business. It's 100% common practice to get three prices on all large capital projects and I use that same approach on my personal repairs to my house and recommend the same to all my friends. I'll never allow this company to provide a proposal for any of my properties again. TERRRIBLE!!

Installed new vinyl fence purchased through Lowe's. Very professional and respectful. Went above and beyond in dealing with us and our neighbors.

We are very pleased with their commitment to their customers and their professionalism. Would definitely recommend them for anyone's fencing needs.
