Crew did a great job kept me informed about any difficulties . Completed the job in a timely manner and left my yard clean and now I have a beautiful fence.Thank you so much for your hard work.

I contracted this company based on the reviews I read and the info provided by others experience yet I can’t say that mine was the same after finding the company shorted my fence by 3’ Not realizing it I contracted them to come back out and extend it and paid the deposit only to realize after measuring and looking at the 1st contract that they shorted me several feet and didn’t refund me anything in the contract. Now they’re ignoring me and not returning my calls or being very dismissive over the phone. Several areas of the fence have screws that’s were stripped and not secured also I was told that because it was going to be 100% rain that day they would come out later that week, which I was fine with, but they showed up in the rain and muddied up the fence which looks hideous by the way and the yard. The fence also has several screws that’s aren’t secured because they’re stripped out in the locators, uneven levels along the outer line of fencing. But I guess that’s what happens while trying to work during an all day of heavy rain downpours. I went out with a bucket of soap and water to clean it up (Black Aluminium fence) which I’m sure my neighbors found that to be interesting. That’s my experience. Hope yours is better.

We had a very smooth process with Raatz fence. Everything from setting up the initial free consultation to install was seamless. There was great communication with the company, competitively priced and great final product.

Raatz was quick to respond to my inquiry and came out to give me an estimate. They were professional and friendly. It took only a few weeks for the job to be complete. The fence looks great. This is the second time we have used Raatz and we would definitely use them again.

The company was very responsive from the get-go. The salesman, Greg, came our quickly, answered questions, provided ideas and then answered follow-up questions in a timely manner. The installation was delayed because of weather, but we got our fence installed surprisingly quickly. At installation, Scotty answered all our questions and discussed options with us regarding the look of the fence and its functionality. Scotty and his crew did a great job installing the fence in a tight area amid lots of underground utilities. We are very happy with our fence.

I went into the office several times and each time I was warmly greeted and treated with friendly smiles and good conversation. The estimate fellow arrived on time and was quick and prompt in getting the estimate done. He also let me know that there was one little issue that may come up with the guys doing the railing. ( this was a construction issue on my deck ) . The railing guys came and were so very pleasant and respectful and kind. They wanted to start at 8 but I requested 8:30 and they were very accommodating. They did a beautiful job and were done with the project in a day. It was 10 degrees the day they did the work. I am so pleased with Raatz every step of the process. I have used them over the years several times and continue to go back because they do and excellent job and are very pleasant to work with. They have built a dog kennel , a vinyl fence for my property and now a railing for my deck. This is a fantastic company!

This the second time that I have used Raatz Fence Co. and once again they did outstanding work on install of a front porch railing system. My installers were very professional, knowledgable, and courteous.I will use this company again in the future.

They were very professional and took great care to insure that my property was protected and cleaned up both during, and after the installation. The project was completed in a very timely manner. From my 1st meeting to my 1 day install my experience with Raatz was wonderful. My backyard had a few obstacles, and the 1st company that gave me a quote made it sound like the job was basically impossible. Mark came out looked at it and said we can do this, this and this and his quote came in a lot less than the 1st company. The install crew were great, they had my entire backyard fenced in 1 day and it looks great. I highly recommend this company their quality and customer service was fantastic!

Raatz Fence Company was a TOP NOTCH contractor to work with. From the estimator, office staff, scheduler to the installers everyone was polite and helpful. They were prompt in the installation and left the site clean as a whistle. A very PROFESSIONAL company to work with. I would reccommend them to anyone and everyone.
