Cascade Fence and Deck was a pleasure to with on our deck remodel and patio cover install. The end product turned out much beyond our expectations and the attention to detail was exceptional. The process was seamless and completed much quicker than we thought. The entire team is reliable, professional and communicates each step on a daily basis. Shout out to Tavis, Ty, Ross, Blake and Nick for building us our dream outdoor area!

I can not say enough good things about my experience with Cascade Fence and Deck. I needed a fence and my back steps replaced. Their pricing was competitive, but what really won me over was their communication and professionalism. I loved that I had a point person to contact through each step of the process so I was never wondering what came next. Tom helped me with my initial quote and design and was great. Once the design was finalized, the install crew was amazing. Ezekiel was my main point of contact for the demo/install, and he was fantastic. He was incredibly friendly and answered my many questions with enthusiasm and knowledge. He and Blake showed on time every single morning and cleaned up the yard every afternoon before leaving for the day. There was NEVER a mess left behind. Their skill and experience was evident. My yard is sloped and they made a retaining wall and somehow made the fence look cohesive and uniform despite the slope. The finished product exceeds my every expectation! The quality makes it look like it cost me much more than it actually did! Thank you Ezekiel, Blake, Tom, and the entire Cascade Crew!

We had Cascade Fence and Deck replace our worn out wooden deck with a new composite deck and we are very happy with the results. Levi and Ian did a great job. They were quick, professional, and cleaned up the site very well when they were done. we were very pleased with their work, which was performed as per the quote in every detail. We would definitely use them again and can give them a high rating to anyone looking for professional work.

Levi and team did an amazing job on my front porch - they were fast, efficient, and the craftsmanship was awesome. During the planning process, Cascade helped me select the right kind of wood for my porch and did not pressure me into using a specific product. Highly recommend Cascade Fence and Deck.

All of the team at Cascade Fence and Deck were so great to work with. They answered all my questions and were able to give me an estimate after I sent some pictures. I had some personal scheduling issues, but they were flexible and friendly about it. When the day came to repair my fence, the carpenter Blake was so nice, obviously skilled, quite efficient and thorough. My back fence is now strong and looking beautiful, and their services were worth every penny.

I am very pleased with my experience with Cascade Fence and Deck with a Patio Cover project that was just completed. It started with a request for quote on their website that quickly followed up with a call from Carrie to explain their process, set up appointments and get me information about patio cover options. Nicholas followed Carrie and worked with me to develop the project and research zoning requirements for my location and helped me design the best possible patio cover with my limitations. Ross, Project Manager, then met with me on the job site to better understand the project, my specific needs and answer questions. Once the project was all approved, it was scheduled and completed timely. Tavis and Ty were professionals, showing up timely each day in mostly miserable weather to complete the project; I am so appreciative of their dedication and skills and the new Patio Cover looks great. I am impressed with Cascade’s business model and how well it was executed on my project. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Cascade Fence and Deck! From the first interaction with Carrie regarding setting up an appointment for an estimate, to working with Nick on engineering what our deck and patio cover would look like (with all the different options), to coordinating with Project Manager Ross and his team of Levi and Michael, all were accommodating, professional, and respectful. Carrie and the office staff made sure we were updated on appointments and received documents in a timely manner. Nick was super knowledgeable and willing to work with my wife and I to ensure that we stayed as close to our budget as possible while giving us the desired material and look of our outdoor space. Ross continued where Nick left off, ensuring we were in the know about timelines, materials, and assisted with even the smallest of details. And I have to give the biggest praise to Levi and Michael; they showed up every morning ready to tackle our project with a smile and used their experience and knowledge to answer any of the multitude of questions I had as well as put my mind at ease. I will be hiring Cascade Fence and Deck for future projects and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftmanship!

Cascade recently installed a fence and an Acrylite patio cover. We are very pleased with the communication, quality, and process working with this company. special kudos to Rory and Blake who did an exceptional install.

I had Cascade Fence and Deck remove and replace my existing fence and deck. The process for bidding was good, Nick came out and measured the fence and deck discussed create a good write up and video of what was going to happen happen for the fence and deck. Tyler and crew did a great job on my fence, the gates are awesome, Nick even showed up and helped the crew out to help. The fence is solid and looks amazing. The deck was demoed and built by Tavis and Ty they did a great job giving me updates asking me what I wanted if they came across any issues that they thought I needed to know. The deck is also solid and looks amazing. The projects started on time and finished on or ahead of schedule. The reason I chose Cascade was the pricing was completive for the materials I wanted and the videos on their website and on youtube were really good gave me a insight to what their company can do. I did 6 fence bids and 5 deck bids before I chose them. Thank guys for all the great work and have been passing your name around to friends already.

We love our new deck and patio cover from Cascade Fence & Deck, Vancouver WA. Mike answered all our questions during the quoting process. Ezekiel and Luis did great work. At the end of each day, Ezekiel texted pictures of the work completed. Highly recommend using Cascade Fence & Deck.

Great crew! Great Service! Knowledgeable, easy to work with. The crew got the whole fence done in 2 days after it was scheduled. Looks great! Thank you Omar, Blake, Lisi and Carrie for a great experience! I will definitely suggest Cascade Fence to anyone looking to have a fence built! Everything went smoothly.
