Please avoid this company at all costs.
Booked to move 2 weeks in advance for 12pm on the 30th of June for two men with three hours of service.
They called me the night before to ask to move the time to 8am. I said it wasn't possible as I wasn't collecting the keys for a new home until 10:30am and if they collected at 8am there would be nowhere to drop off my belongings.
We mutually agreed to bring the time forward to 10:30am so my partner would collect keys and I would greet the movers.
No arrival by 10:45am and received a call to say my movers would come at 2:00pm. I said that was not great but okay as long as I moved on that day.
Received a call again (12:15pm) to say movers would be there asap. No problem. The drivers themselves called me to say they are on the other side of London and would arrive at 2:30pm.
Received a call again from the manager to say he was sorry and that he contracted other people to arrive asap with three people rather than the agreed two to expedite the service. Mutually agreed.
Movers arrive at 1:15pm. Move completed (with a wardrobe destroyed mind you).
Come to payment. Was happy to pay the agreed but the internet in the area is not working and the email I received said I could pay over the phone. See attached photo. I called and had the manager abuse me and said I should have cash to pay (contradicting the confirmation email) he accused me of causing the issues for the delay in arrival even though he'd earlier apologised on the phone and said he had rerouted staff and called me the day before in error to move my time.
All in all, shocking, incompetent customer service and incompetent managers.
Please don't use Mr. Bee. Find another more reputable and well managed service. Mr. Bee and his team are pathetic and don't deserve to call themselves professional movers.

I’ve used this company for two different home moves and I was extremely happy with both. The staff were friendly and personable. Great with timings and really took care of my things. Would happily recommend them, and definitely use them again.

Avoid!!
Both movers were incredibly slow (they are paid hourly). Continuously caught them talking/smoking/hanging around instead of moving things. One of them seemed to have absolutely no experience of moving furniture/lifting things safely and carefully. Had to start moving things to get them going.
They ruined a brand new mattress whilst moving. Requested when booking that they bring a mattress protector which they agreed to. They turned up without one and offered to wrap it in something else, but I then noticed before they closed the van that they had not bothered to do this. It was covered in grease marks.
They caused extensive damage to walls of both properties, despite being asked to be careful.
When moving into the property the job took 3.5 hours. When moving out (with significantly less things as we are down-sizing), it took 6 hours.
Me and my partner have emailed our complaint with photographic evidence but no response after a week. My partner rang on a Friday to follow up and received an incredibly rude demand to 'call back on Monday' (shouted at him), despite ringing well within their advertised working hours.
We have used various moving companies within London over the past few years and this is by far the worst. Please save your money and avoid.

Do not use this company.
They broke the TV during the removal. Most likely not secured properly during transit.
They denied all responsibility and were completely and utterly unhelpful.

If i could put lower than one star I would. The service is so unprofessional and shocking.
The drivers overloaded the van without letting us know that its overweight, however they proceeded to take everything anyway and when they got stopped by the police due to the van being overweight, they tried to make us pay for the fine and extra cost for hours. The driver kept complaining and blaming us for having heavy boxes. (keep in mind that before they got stoped they were saying how it was so quick and easy to load everything)
When I spoke to their manager, Mr Bee (Bee David) was very unprofessional from the first minute, he was shouting at us that we should pay everything. He also kept saying I was attacking him over the phone just because i told him its not fair for us to pay extra and for the fine.
When they loaded everything, no one said it was overweight until they were caught by the police. Manager on the phone kept shouting at me and I could not even say a word, as I was always spoken over.
When they unloaded everything from the van outside the flat, they didn't want to take it to the second floor as we agreed on. They threaten that they will take our stuff by for force back into the van and take it to the storage. They were threatening to do this if we don't pay for the fine, extra van and their time. when my dad told them that I was on my way with a lawyer they run away.
The agreed price was £165 and they wanted to charge us £395.
We still ended up paying £300
They don't care about you the customer and anything you will say they would argue with you in a very aggressive way.

IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY OPT FOR MR BEE
They threatent the customers instead of apoligizing after they have broken something that they are not going to pay for it since it is IKEA
The guys promised to payb for the furniture and then lied to their boss that

DO NOT USE!!!!!
I was moving a few things from one bedroom in a flat to a storage facility. The whole job took about 50 minutes (quicker because the movers asked me to help carry things to the van!)
I booked two men and a van for two hours, which was quoted at £100. They were supposed to arrive between 15.00 and 16.00. I kept calling the numbers listed on the website, but all went straight to an automated message saying the number wasn't available. The removal men eventually showed up at 16.30. No apology.
I was told I could pay by either cash or bank transfer. At the storage facility, I gave them £80 cash, which was all I had (and a VERY generous rate for 45 minutes' work!). They then told me to go to a cashpoint, but there wasn't one anywhere near the storage facility. They told me to do a bank transfer there and then, and were quite aggressive about it. I was dealing with paperwork at the storage facility, so told them I would do it after.
However, when I got back to the flat I had vacated, I saw that they had DESTROYED the cream carpet in the bedroom with dirty footprints. It was a rainy day and they were tramping in and out of the house without any consideration for the condition in which they were leaving it. I now stand to lose my deposit.
It gets worse.
They hadn't unloaded everything from the van, so I have now lost family photos and photo frames. They aren't worth any money, but extremely valuable to me.
I called their boss and was shouted at by a totally defensive and ignorant man. "BUT WHY WOULD THEY LEAVE ANYTHING IN THE VAN?!" I replied that I had no idea why they wouldn't unpack everything, only that they made it very clear that they were delighted the job was so small that they'd get to finish work early and watch the football.
I told them I wouldn't be paying them the other £20. I had around 20 phone calls and text messages from both the removal man and his boss, saying they would be "waiting" for me at my flat and that I had "no shame as a woman". The same woman they think they can send threatening text messages to saying they're waiting for me at my flat...
I threatened them with the police if they continued to hound me.
AVOID THESE TERRIBLE PEOPLE.

Very happy with service. Good time keeping, friendly, helpful and reliable. Would use again and would recommend! Happy with the price also as it was the cheapest I found.

Very RUDE AND INSULTING customer service.
Hired van and two men for four hours was given terms and conditions which say they are insured so all was well. On the day two men arrived on time and got to work straight away we had a good day time went over by an hour which was fine and was happy to pay for extra hour as we had a lot of things.
We gave the moved a set of speakers we were planning to sell for free brought water and food for them (wasn't a lot of food to be honest but I shared what little I had )
Finished the job at 5 it was quite dark but my husband checked the back of Van as best he could and couldn't see anything left just blankets.
We unpacked the TV and electronics as we wanted to watch TV that night and straight away my husband noticed our Amazon Alexa was missing as he had packed in the same box as other electronics. I told him not to worry and that it's likely to be in other boxes as we ended up packing quickly or it could even be at the old house which we still have access to. It had been a long day so we didn't worry too much next day we went to old house it wasn't there and I checked a few boxes at the house and couldn't find it straight away sent message to the company to ask if they can check their van again he gave me number for driver who i text and he said he didn't find anything. Long story short I then unpacked all our boxes to hopefully find it which I didn't I called Mr Bee to have a civilized conversation and formally speak to him about our missing item and see if it could be covered under their insurance which was listed in my terms and conditions. Before I could even finish my story he aggressively started shouting and talking over me and eventually lead to name calling and accusing me of fraud. I am still trying to peacefully seek a resolution without courts but it seems that's where it will lead. To be honest everything was great untill our Alexa went missing and I was actually excited to give them a good review considering they have a few bad ones but since my call with Mr Bee I would said AVOID at all costs.
I have moved houses three times and never experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of customer care.
It wouldn't have cost him anything to simply listen to my story then explain to me his stance in a polite manner as I am a paying customer at the end of the day !

Never again. Never ever again. Booking Mr Bee removals for our move yesterday has been the worst decisions I've made this year. They tick almost all the WRONG boxes ! -Rude on the phone ( on the day of moving ) , -Did not send the number of people expected for the job ( compared to what was promised in quote), -Extorted much more money than the quote ( This is pure ransom when this happens on the day of your move), -Lost bags, -Damaged white goods, took too long.
Extremely pathetic company, beware, avoid.
