Very poor and they made a mistake on the installation and didn’t take responsibility for what they had done which was very upsetting in their response. We then had a very angry and aggressive owner who said we confused our order with another company which is ridiculous. The way the owner speaks to people well thats up to him if he wants to be that type of person but that’s not how you should speak to a woman. Totally out of order

Reliable, friendly, courteous, consistent....i can keep going. we've used Redi-Cut Carpets a few times now and each time is a pleasure. We first met Rob after Hurricane Sandy and he was so compassionate and sincere. After that, we've contacted them each time we need their work. Prices are very fair and their staff of carpet layers are hardworking and really nice guys. Highly recommended!

The staff at Redi Cut were wonderful! Their decorative advice and suggestions helped me greatly. Their service and attention to detail made for an perfect installation. I could not be any happier with my carpet and flooring. I'll remain a loyal customer. Thank you for everything!

They did a terrific job. The salesperson was excellent and helped me narrow down my selection. The installers were very neat and took good care of my property. I would hire them again for my all of my carpet needs.

i have ordered carpet from redi-cut for a number of years and am never disappointed. They always offer the best price and the quality is top-notch. Installation of window treatment and carpet is always impeccable. i continue to use them and have recommended them to many friends who are always extremely appreciative and satisfied.

Looked forever for the perfect beach house carpet. Found it at Redi Cut. The carpet was installed in less than two weeks. The staff was wonderful. I was shown how the carpet would lay out each step of the way. Polite, respectful and neat. All trash was disposed of. A great job!

Amazing family owned company. I have used them for two big home renovations in a span of twenty years. Always reliable , knowledgeable , friendly and a pleasure working with. I highly reccomend them with a 10 out of five stars !
