We used Modern Floors and Gemma Falvey on a basement remodeling project recently. we have difficulty knowing what we want when it comes to home remodeling/decorating. She talked with us, got an idea what we were looking for, and gave us a few options that we could use. She also gave us her opinion on what to do. When all was said and done, we took her suggestions and couldn't be happier. We have a large project coming up soon, and will be using her and her company for all the flooring facets of the project, with no plans to bid it out.

We hired Modern Floors to install our new kitchen flooring last fall. We specifically worked with Harriet. It was such a pleasure to work with someone who totally knows the product they sell, and understands the ins and outs of the entire project. The installers were efficient, polite and professional. Efficient with great follow-up. Cleaned up the area perfect and were courteous and friendly. I have refereed them to my sister who also was pleased with their work. We are using them again this year for my home.
