In May of 2022 LGKF installed new carpeting and padding in our master bedroom and den. A year and a half later, ripples appeared and I called & spoke to Frank, the client coordinator, who was very accommodating. Rafael coordinated the arrangements and the installers, Luan and Geraldo, stretched the carpet. All were very polite and professional. I highly recommend LG Kramer Flooring. Jan & Tom

We recently purchased engineered hardwood flooring for the living area of our home from LG Kramer. The finished installation is beautiful! We couldn’t be more pleased. Our Project Manager, Karissa, stayed in touch with us through the entire process. The demolition of our old tile was not performed with quite as much care as the independent contractor told us to expect, but Karissa and LG Kramer arranged to have a cleaning crew come in shortly after installation. Our installation crew was cheerful, professional, and hard working. The end result is spectacular!

Lance and his crew once again completed a bit of a complicated carpet install for us and the results were amazing. We have heavy heavy furniture and worried that their crew would have a problem installing this beautiful new carpet we had chose to finish off a re-do of our house. They did a amazing job and we are thrilled. We always go to LG Kramer first with any potential project. He has a vast crew of co tractors they partner with to provide a total solution to your remodeling or new construction needs. Strongly recommend them. They will never disappoint. Worked with Karissa on new floor for office and bed rooms. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great price and Rafael was personable and did a professional job with the install. Very happy with the new floor. We will be using them again for the other bedrooms. Todd & Mary Bradenton.

We were informed and communicated with the entire time throught our exceptional experience that we had with LG Kramer Flooring. We went to the warehouse and picked out what we thought would be a good match. I got home and didn't like my choices. Ginger came to our house with some more samples and we got really cool Luxury Vinyl plank for our livingroom. I am 100% satisfied. Joseph did our install on a Saturday (when he normally doesn't work) so our furniture could be delivered on Monday. He was very professional, efficient, on time and kind. I really appreciate the above and beyond customer service received from LG Kramer Flooring.

Seriously recommend Frank with LG flooring! Had a listing that had carpet laid over tile. When carpet removed to list; existing tile was Damaged. Enter Frank to the rescue! Tracked down the matching original Tile and it was installed Prior to listing photos! Awesome responsive service! Thanks Frank

LG Kramer Flooring was incredible to work with from choosing our flooring to installation. We replaced dirty and disgusting carpet. In addition to flooring in the entire condo, we loved working with them so much; we went back to purchase our bathroom tile and flooring. Gianna and her crew were fantastic.

Very professional. Nice selection of all types of flooring. We had luxury vinyl plank installed throughout the home. They have a moisture barrier that was installed first. The floor is level and quiet. We get many compliments on it. Because we were building, we had to reschedule several times. They accommodated us without any problems. Highly recommend.

LG Kramer is one of the best businesses my husband and I have ever worked. We bought an incredibly ugly new house from a local track builder and we’re horrified by what we found. We googled and found their 5 Star ratings and decided to go to their showroom and see what they were all about. After meeting with Gianna and Lance, we made selections to replace floors, countertops, tile knee wall and new bathroom. It’s been three weeks and we are done !! Love our results and would hire them again for any future project!
