Thank you kindly for your review. Unfortunately sir, if you want to leave a bad review for a small business, maybe you should state all the facts.
Your wife came to our business 18 month ago specifically on April 10th 20021 and checked 3 flooring samples that were only supposed to be checked out for 48 hrs. She was specifically told that she has 48 hours to return the samples as we tell all of our customers, otherwise she will lose her deposit. Now we are very reasonable with our customers and we know sometimes they can't return them on time and they are late by a few days and we still accept the return and give the deposit back. You came 18 month later to return the sample, you were very angry that they couldn't find your receipt because it's been 18 month, you used profound language and spoke to our secretaries in a very misdemeanant manner only for doing their job. That is when i Stepped in and put a stop to your nonsense and lack of respect for others, and I explained to you that you can't get a refund on samples after a year and a half when you were supposed to return those samples in 48 hrs. you lose your deposit because those samples were dropped or discontinued by the manufacturer. I believe you should be more responsible next time and not blame the business for our lack of responsibility and negligence. and next time pls be kind to the secretaries at any business you go to because they have feelings and work hard to earn their living, they don't need to be yelled at by anyone for doing their job.
