We just installed a new carpet, up the stairs to our second floor. I am not much on carpet quality, wear and tear, but I have to say the team of Sunder, Richard and Ryan, are to be commended. They were a team of being on time, quality conversation, on the product installed, and the work-person-ship being superb. Peter

I have dealt with Joyce at floortrends several times over the years. She is very helpful, courteous and friendly. My latest project was to replace my kitchen linoleum. With Joyce's help I chose Culbrese Albany oak vinyl planking. My installer told me it was one of the easiest floors he had ever laid. It saved him time and me money. Very good quality. Thanks so much! Vinyl has come a long way in terms of visuals, and looks so real these days. It's definitely a great choice for areas where there may be water like the laundry room, bathroom, kitchen, or entry.

I used Floortrends to install laminate flooring on both levels of my condo. As the floor was being installed the contractor discovered an issue with it. Jessica quickly helped me choose another product and drove the truck to Peterborough herself to pick it up from the warehouse, then delivered it that evening. After all that, the project was delayed by only one day! The contractor was very kind and professional and the floor looks fantastic. I'm very happy with the finished product and will hire Floortrends again for future projects.

I had a tight timeline just before Christmas to get hardwood flooring installed in my new house and Jessica made sure the job was done on time. She also explained my flooring options and helped me decide on the best flooring for my home within my budget. There was an issue with the initial installer, but Jessica quickly found another and kept the project on track. The floors look great!

Floortrends gave us a new carpet for the stairs from the basement as well as a kitchen floor in a wonderful new kind of tile as well as a livingroom/diningroom carpet. It took us a long time to choose the flooring and select colours. Throughout many consultations and assessments Jessica Arscot was patient professional and unfailingly helpful. Her knowledge of flooring applications and help in selecting colours that match the house's layout and ambiance was excellent. The installers were all extremely nice guys and eased the difficulty of having work done in the house considerably. It is never easy having work done but we will use Floortrends again if the need arises. Peter and Belinda Masters

I was very impressed with Floortrends and would recommend them to anyone. Jessica Arscott was particularly helpful in assisting us to pick out new oak hardwood flooring, kitchen and entrance tiles, and a new backsplash, and offered expert advice to ensure that everything we ordered was matched and coordinated. She was a pleasure to deal with. The contractors were professional, showed up when they were supposed to, and completed the job by the agreed upon date - usually early. They were respectful and went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the result.

I had to deal with this company recently for a small repair job of tiles in which I had to make a repair for a rough in in the bathroom that needed to be replaced. After calling 3 other companies, I was always provided with very large minimum square footages (ie. 200 square feet) and weeks of wait time. I called FloorTrends off their website and they immmediately located the tile I needed and provided pricing and were able to order it by piece with no minimum. As well, they had it within 3 days from their supplier. Just to top it off, they arranged to send it to another one of their locations closer to where I live. Much appreciated and amazing service!

I am looking to have hardwood flooring installed and arranged for an in home consultation by the Floortrends store located in Peterborough. The consultant arrived at the appointed time took measurements and said he would have an estimate in a few days. After waiting 11 days and no contact I called the manager and left a message on his answering machine detailing my experience and advised him I would not be requiring their services. He didn't bother to call back. I would not recommend this company. One star for showing up on time for the appointment.

Comentado: Grout darkening around tubAgree that waterproofing is much more complex than sealing grout. I have not yet encountered a water damage or mold issue in a shower enclosure or walk in shower that was caused by not sealing grout....
