My original sales person was great but once business was done it seems impossible to get anything done. Initial business was quick but if you have to get anything fixed, it’s impossible. It will be 3 weeks on Sunday and I haven’t heard back regarding my claim. I have to keep following up myself just to hear from anyone only for them to tell me they’ll get back to me and still no update when it’s time to fix a floor that is lifting up and wasn’t placed properly. Called again today and was promised that I’d get a call back and still nothing again. When it’s time to fix it they all avoid you for some reason. I only hear back when I’m calling . I don’t know how else to get a hold of anyone and actually get results

Despite the supply chain issues that delayed receiving the product we are very happy now that it is installed. Once the product was received you guys promptly scheduled the installation appointment. The install was very professional and we love the quality of the work. Every attention was paid to the details from perfect thresholds, dealing with the toilet and perfect alignment with the 1/4" molding at the wall's edge. Fantastic!! I will highly recommend you to our friends and family.

We had almost an entire house reno due to water damage. We can't thank Jeff and Floor coverings International Cherry Hill enough for all their patience, kindness, expert service and quality flooring. We purchased flooring for all 3 of our bathrooms, carpet for our 2nd floor and carpet for our Owner suite. Great prices, great quality, great install......Great people to work with. Sales and support team(Jennifer): 5 star Pricing: 4.5 star Quality of material: 4.75 star Workmanship: 4.75 star Warranty: 4.75 star Overall: 4.75 We had high expectation from FCI even though the pricing was little higher(15%) than other quotes....but quality of work and the post installation warranty and support from Jennifer and was worth that extra money we paid. The laminates look awesome ... some minor defects and minor quality issues were visible but we were not concerned that much right now. It’s been a month now and we are very happy with their work!

Floor Coverings International of Cherry Hill was by far one of the best flooring companies I have ever dealt with. They came to my home with plenty of samples to choose from, she was very pleasant and courteous, and gave me a price right on the spot. I was doing a kitchen remodel after having a dishwasher flood, and was trying to work within my insurance companies budget. I had shopped around from the big box stores to the small mom and pop stores with very little luck and even smaller choices for quality flooring. I told her what i was looking for in color and style and she pulled one out that was an in-stock product and was a super price. That made us VERY HAPPY. The install crew was top notch. They arrived on time, had plenty of help and all the materials needed to complete the 250 square foot install professionally. They cleaned up and took all their trash with them.
