My experience with Eaton Square Flooring was utterly disappointing. When I reported a hole in the carpet, they denied all accountability and shamelessly shifted the blame onto me. To add insult to injury, Jonathan, the representative I dealt with, was incredibly rude over the phone and failed to handle my case with the professionalism it deserved. If anyone reads this comment and is considering using them, I strongly advise you to think twice. Don't expect any issues to be resolved, and be prepared to be rudely spoken to by Jonathan, who seems to run the company with utter disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that values its customers and stands behind its products and services.

We have the Tahoe deluxe carpet in several rooms and it’s the most luxurious carpet we have had. Fab service and the recommended fitters were brilliant too.

Absolutely amazing, I am so pleased with the choice I made! I Cannot recommend enough. Such amazing colour choice and excellent quality carpets. I found it very difficult to find a carpet that looks good and feels good, but the one I chose has got both these qualties. I am so excited to get these fitted, now that the carpet has been delivered! The service I received was excellent helped me from start to finish, eaton square were super helpful in help making my decision and sent me plenty of samples to help make the process easier.

We went for softer than sisal in our bedroom and couldn't be happier! Such wonderful quality and great service from Eaton Square. I would highly recommend :)

Amazing service, amazing products!! The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I spent months and months looking for the perfect engineered oak flooring for our new home and found the perfect shade, texture, size and price at Eaton Square! We have so many compliments over it, it's hard wearing and extra wide planks which is exactly what we were after! We also had a custom made rug from them too which was fantastic quality. I'd highly recommend :)

From placing our first order to taking delivery of our gorgeous made to measure wool carpet rug, dealing with the Eaton Square team has been an absolute pleasure. It fits our sitting room space perfectly and I am so thrilled with it the quality of it too. I can highly recommend Eaton Square to anyone contemplating a purchase from their stunning range of floor coverings.

Such a wonderful company! I had a bespoke rug made by them and they were fabulous from the design process right the way through to installation. The quality was fantastic. I designed my own rug and asked Eaton Square to bring it to life and they gave it their very best and even though I had some amendments, they modified the sample and reissued a small piece for me to sign off. They were patient, just to ensure it was perfect for my home. I am also a huge huge fan of the Earth collection and this is going to be my next acquisition! I need it for my outdoor seating.

I have recently had The Softer Than Sisal range installed in my new master suite and I cannot rate it enough. Such a beautiful quality carpet with the most luxurious feel underfoot. Eaton Square were a pleasure to work with on the project from start to finish - nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this wonderful business to anyone looking for new carpets as the overall service was second to none.

I have just bought the herringbone wood effect vinyl from Eaton Square. They were so helpful in sending out samples and keeping me informed of delivery days (and fitted in with when I was going to be at home). We laid the flooring ourselves and they were always at the end of the phone when we made a mistake - which we did. The flooring is great quality and will definitely withstand airbnb renters. Would definitely recommend

We have worked with Eaton Square on many projects over the last 6 years and could not recommend them enough. Their service is excellent- friendly, helpful and very accommodating should plans change at the last minute. Their quality of work and products are the best I’ve seen - hence we always go back!

The quality of products at Eaton square carpets is impeccable. I used rome carpet for one of my projects and it looks great as well amalfi rug that I have for my office is beautiful and star product of my office. The service that Eaton square provides is outstanding. Will highly recommend them .
