Recently, we decided the flooring on the fist level of our condo needed some serious updating and asked friends for recommendations. We met with 3 companies but were so impressed with Dovlyn at Cramer's Carpet One that we chose them. Thank god we did! The project was much more involved than we initially thought and Dovlyn was there to help and guide every step of the way- and always with a smile! Her suggestions and advice were invaluable! Even if Cramer's is not the least expensive estimate, I can tell you from this experience that there is untold value in the guidance and assistance they provide. Every detail of the job is organized and done professionally from the demolition (minimal dust!) to the clean up. They show up exactly when they say, do what they said they would and give updates as the job progresses. Dovlyn could not have been more attentive or helpful as were all other staff at Cramers. We are so pleased with our experience and the beautiful job that we are considering doing the second floor !

My hardwood floors in my foyer, living room and dining room look fabulous! Brad came out and explained that after 8 years, the top coat had dulled and that Cramer's could clean and recoat my floors for much less money than waiting longer and having to re-sand and refinish. His men came out and did a great job and came back the next morning to replace the larger pieces of furniture. They were excellent, professional and I was totally happy with the results. It was not as disruptive as I feared and the results were as promised.

We had new carpet installed in our family room. Brad was very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing our new carpet style and color. The team of installers was professional, very neat and clean and did a fantastic job...from ripping out the old and disposing of it to laying new and cleaning up! We are so excited with our choice of carpet. It's high quality, beautiful and looks amazing. We couldn't be happier with our new carpet and will definitely be going back to Cramers Carpet One for more flooring!

The Cramer Team came to our rescue after we had a water pipe break which ultimately ruined some of our hardwood floors and carpeting. It was recommended to me to contact Brad Cramer for consultation. I was told that he was "The Expert" in Morris County, NJ when it came to refurbishing flood damage. After my wife and I met with the entire staff we realized that we were in good hands to turn a terrible event into a positive change. From the sales team to the installation team they were all so professional. After such a great experience Cramers Carpet One Floor & Home is the only retailer we wil go to in the future for all of our flooring needs. "THANK YOU CRAMER TEAM"!

I love Cramer's Carpet One company. From Brad, the President, to Dovlyn the projects manager, and the installers -- we are extremely satisfied with our Cramer Carpet one project. We originally went into the showroom for a remnant, and wound up getting instead quality carpeting that we could afford. Brad made the selection process very easy by working with us. He stayed within our budget and color scheme. We were able to focus on some top choices and did not have to settle to come within our budget. The whole project came within our budget due to the excellent pricing, and we took advantage of a great interest-free finance program. On the day of installation, there were 2 very professional installers who arrived as scheduled and who did a fantastic install and are very neat and tidy. The carpet project success started with Brad who came into our home to measure and insure a quality installation. We now have a beautiful living room, stairway, hall and bedroom which are looking really fine. I can't wait until our next project. We surely will be visiting Cramer's Carpet One Floor & Home for their expertise, pricing, financing and professional help.

We recently moved into a new townhouse and needed four levels of carpet runners installed. Dovlyn came highly recommended to us by another client and she was exactly what we needed to help us complete this project. Being a very indecisive person, she was the perfect match. Dovlyn not only spent a great amount of time in the store helping us make our selection, she came to our home to help us with the final selection. Installation was seamless and the carpeting looks beautiful! I would not recommend anyone else and will continue to work with Dovlyn and Cramers Carpet for future projects.

I first met Dovelyn 10 years ago when she helped pick out carpets for our new house on green ave in Madison. When we decided to downsize, she helped me manage cleaning and replacing carpets so house would show well without breaking the bank. So it only made sense that I worked with her on my new townhouse. Dovelyn helped me with waaaay more than carpets this time around. She replaced my ugly carpeted stairs with beautiful hardwoods, did an amazing job of feathering in new hardwood kitchen flooring to seamlessly match the existing open floor plan dining area - and pushed me outside my comfort zone to pick a beautiful chocolate color for the floors and up the stairs. Things were going so well that she even helped pick out the tile and did installation of my kitchen backsplash. There are many things about Dovelyn that I appreciated - her design aesthetic, her ability to make suggestions that made me reconsider my original choices to end up with something better, but also her willingness to work within my budget - she helped me splurge on my living room carpet, but steered me in the right direction and wouldn't let me overspend when i carpeted the teen room in the basement. And on a personal note, when we had the floors resanded and stained, we were in NC for vacation and she actually checked in on our cat when she couldn't come upstairs and put paw prints on the new floor. For 6 months, Dovelyn was in and out of my house - making friends with my daughter, my contractor and his workmen and my neighbors. She made the entire process of renovation much less stressful then it could have been. Thank you for everything!!!!

I went into Cramers Carpet One not knowing exactly what I wanted to replace the carpet in our basement that had been damaged by a sewer pipe leak. Dovlyn introduced to me a vinyl flooring that has the appearance of hardwood planking but will allow for easy cleaning. She then helped to choose just the right area rugs and stair runner to complement the space. It looks absolutely amazing and much more higher end than the carpet it replaced. In addition, the installation crew was very thorough and easy to deal with. Thank you, Dovlyn, for an amazing job.

As I came downstairs this morning, I was greeted by my beautiful new area rugs in my living and dining rooms installed yesterday by Cramers Carpet One. This is my second experience with Cramer's, and once again I found the service from beginning to end remarkable testimony to the benefits of shopping locally. General Manager Dovlyn personally came to measure, offered suggestions, assisted with my selections, and even supervised the installation. The installers arrived on time and were polite and thorough. I look forward to my next visit to Cramers Carpet One.
