We are still in business, have a passion for flooring and construction, but added a new dimension to services we offer. In 2020 Leilani Olinger became certified with three restoration certifications: 1. WRT - Water Damage Restoration Technician 2. ASD - Applied Structural Drying Technician 3. AMRT - Applied Microbial Remediation Technician CCF had its fair share of microbial growth (mold) under clients flooring that was revealed on demolition. Our first reaction was to call Urgent Island Restoration (UIR), as they were highly trusted contractors that we worked with for years (Shane Mizusawa of 535 Plumbing and Reid Sunabe, former owner of Flooring 323.) March of 2020 - Leilani accepted the offer to join the UIR Team as Director of the company. We've grown significantly since 2020, and we are just getting started. The CCF showroom was relocated from Waipahu to UIRs Honolulu Baseyard. UIR is a licensed BC General Contractor, CCF is the licensed flooring contractor and 535 Plumbing is our plumbing contractor!
