I had a attic fan installed by Peter. They came on time and completed the job fairly quickly and did the electrical work. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to others.

Had a leak from the roof coming in to the bedroom. Not a big leak which are easier to find. Had numerous contractors out, and they were unable to find it, come out quickly, or willing to do the work necessary. With impending rain coming, I was getting nervous so called Peters General Contracting. They came out the same day, within 40 minutes, to check out the problem. Went in the attic to identify where the water was coming in, and began pulling up shingles over the spot identified, to see where the roof was compromised. They were fast, efficient and obviously knew exactly what need to be done. Showed me pictures of the problem with the roof once the area that needed to be repaired was identified. Problem was fixed in just over an hour. It rained later the same day and no leak!!! Would highly recommend this company and will be using them for any for any issues in the future.

A few weeks ago I had a leak on my roof and Pedro came out right away and took a look at it. He completed the job next day and I have to say he did an amazing job. Very affordable.

Peter is great!! He came the next day after i called about gutter replacement. He was very prompt and professional and affordable. He kept me in the loop as unforeseen issues arose. I am thoroughly satisfied with the job! Can’t Wait to use him again!

I hired Peter's General Construction to install an attic fan. Pedro was very knowledgeable and helpful in offering tips and suggestions. I wasn't sure how many attic fans I needed to prevent my attic from over heating so I asked for his advice. Instead of trying to over selling me an extra fan, he told me one fan will do the job.He is extremely responsive and always on time to meetings, even showing up early on the day of the job. If you're looking for a guy to complete your roof repair or need an attic fan installed/repair or work on any projects, Pedro is your guy. I highly recommend using him as he is fair on his prices.

Being in the process of selling one home and buying another, I have recently been dealing with several different contractors. Peter’s General Construction has been far and away the most reliable and easy to deal with out of all of them. I needed my roof repaired very quickly for a mortgage approval and not only were they able to do so, they did it with timely responses on estimates, scheduling and billing all the while maintaining clear communication at every step. The fact that they also had the best price and did not try to upcharge me for unnecessary work was icing on the cake. All this and the work is top notch. Both inspectors and other contractors commented on how good the roof looked after they got done. The best endorsement I have for Pedro and his crew is that they will be coming back to install new gutters, windows and whatever else I can hire them for on my new house. Call these guys if you need your faith restored in contractors.

Mr Pedro recently repaired my gutters and down spouts. He did a great job. He even dug a trench and routed the water from the down spouts into the street.
