Lifetime Roofing & Renovation

I'm adding to the report that Lifetime Roofing & Renovation still hasn't fixed the leak, is harassing me and my tenant and has filed an ILLEGAL lien as the work was not completed. Still leaks. April 19th to June 4th Roof Still Leaks, Not Fixed or Repaired. Hired Lifetime Roofing and Renovation to fix a minor leak. Asked Brad to revise the project timeframe, 1 month for a minor leak? May 1, Day of install, no show and no notice (roughly two weeks waited to get on the schedule) Had to send Project Manager Levon several texts to get a new install date. Asked for photos before and after May 5, installed white shingles on a black room Called Project Manager Levon and he claimed shingles aren't going to match exactly as the old ones fade so would not fix. I had to call the corporate office several times and send photos and Nick finally called me back and said we will give you $100 off and I said no. Nick said yes, this is bad and they would come and install black shingles and give me a $100 off as he didn't see the photos. May 22 installs the black shingles without scheduling so the tenants were disturbed as they work at home May 23 roof leaks: from tenant: " May 23, 2023 Select to open user profile for James James 10:35 AM Hello Laura, it’s Will stonebridge. No call back. Nick called back and told me it must be another leak and I need to pay for the entire roof to be fixed. I showed him photos of the same leak. Still no call back from the corporate office June 4th, Greg, who said he is the San Jose Company owner and flew down just for this meeting, came to the home. (Not the owner/did not fly down for SJ, looked it up). He didn't confirm the meeting until June 4th at noon so he didn't fly down for the meeting. Greg met with me the home owner and tenants Will and Austin (engineers). We showed him the leak and the open seams under the valley flashing that is directing water from two roofs to the seams. Greg didn't believe my tenant so we did a water test to cause more damage. Same leak as before the repairs were determined. Greg left and said he would not fix it. 12:50 PM Spoke to Danny K, Greg. Greg called me a liar, incompetent, unpleasant and I shouldn't have any relationships. Great customer service. And Danny K, the owner, stayed silent. June 6, 2023 2:29 PM, Greg via the phone refused to finish the job and fix the leak. Greg wants me to sign a release that I post a good review and waive the efforts to finish the job. No thank you. Greg, supposedly owner of the company, threatened to place a lien on my home. Illegal if he didn't finish the job. Damages: loss ofrental

Lifetime Roofing and Renovation was a blessing for me. My metal roof was leaking badly, and I didn’t know where to turn. Other companies had looked at the roof and did some patching, but they were never able to solve the problem. I live alone and on a retired teacher’s income. I was desperate and decided to sell the house “as is” and just deal with whatever happened. I wanted to have an estimate on what a buyer would have to pay for repairs, so I contacted Lifetime Roofing based on some research and what I had read online. Dustin came out, spent about 15 minutes on the roof, and then informed me that, due to considerable hail damage, I should be able to turn the repairs in to my insurance company. He spent time explaining the process, and I felt confident in moving forward. I had no idea that Dustin, Shawn, Matt, and others at Lifetime would become my lifesavers. They worked with the insurance adjuster, ensuring that all work needed would be covered, including the replacement of nine skylights, damaged siding and gutters, and then the painting of the entire house. Because my roof has a low pitch, and in some places is nearly flat, they insisted that the insurance company cover the best options, using a combination of metal and TPO roofing. My house had become an embarrassment for me. Then Lifetime Roofing and Renovation returned it to a condition even better than it had been before the damage. I am proud of my house now, and, thanks to Lifetime Roofing and Renovation, I am able to tackle of some interior work.

Lifetime Roofing & Renovation performed and excellent job for me twice! Both jobs were large jobs, and both were done very well. The first job was a complete redo of the outside of my house; new doors, windows, siding, soffit & fascia, shutters, gutters & downspouts, and lighting. The second job was a complete redo of my kitchen, plus replacement of the flooring on the entire main floor of the house. The kitchen was gutted, soffit over cabinets & pantry torn out, electrical wiring, plumbing & duct work reworked; new cabinets, appliances & lighting installed. All carpeting & linoleum pulled up and replaced by hardwood flooring & all new baseboards. In addition, a new doggy room was built under the stairway to the 2nd floor; no longer a waste of space, and my dogs love it! I worked through Shawn Kendall as my prime contractor; Shawn did a tremendous job both times, completely professional, knowledgeable, and ensured high quality work. For the 2nd job, Shawn had to deal with a number of issues with suppliers of materials; he did not quickly and always kept me informed. Thanks!
