After I paid in full it took this company 6 weeks to finally start and finish a brand new roof. With the 2 months of the completion of a brand new roof they have been back 3 times to repair leaks. The new roof is worse then the old roof. I called and texted them last week because the roof started leaking again, they are ignoring my phone calls and texts. Do not give this company your money very unprofessional. If this matter is not resolved I will be filling a complaint with the better business bureau. I have lost hope and patience with this company

Good Afternoon Jeronimo:

In reference to your complaint on Jan 4th, at 10:38 am, you've called and texted regarding the roof leak and your approached was very disrespectful with threats and demands.

On January 5th, you added a bad review on google, in less then 24 hours you were complaining about our company and did not allow me to even return your call. The six weeks of waiting to install your roof was because we are a quite busy company and it usually take us to start any project from 4 to 6 weeks. I would appreciate that if you have a complaint or concern, the most appropriate way to address the issue is to leave a message instead of writing bad reviews and calling or texting with threatening messages and insults. All roof installed have a warranty of 5 to 10 years, so if something arises please do let us.

Very courteous and professional, prompt service and high quality workmanship. The job was completed in a timely manner. We had our roof done by KC Roofing at the recommendation of a family member and we are both very pleased with the price and the end results. We will use KC Roofing LLC again for future home improvements and highly recommend them.
