This review is specifically for Johnny. It's so rare to find an honest roofer, or any specialist in home repair, but Johnny is the real deal. The most honest and helpful roofer I have ever met. He really listened to our issue and helped tailor a solution for us that met our needs and stayed within our budget. So refreshing after the other roofers who gave us estimates tried to upsell us with one-size-all repairs. He used state of the art technology to find the source of our problem and was courteous, efficient, and on time. We will definitely be using Johnny for all of our future roofing needs.

Working with Jake Roofing was a pleasure from the very start. I received several bids when searching for a roof and Johnny's bid was by far the most complete response that I received. His references were highly complementary and eager to recommend him. Johnny was a pleasure to work with throughout the job, as were the crew that performed the work. Changes and some additional work was required to the roof structure and the new gutters. He added those changes at a most reasonable cost. Johnny kept me informed on regular basis. The finished product exceeded my expectations and his crew kept the area around the house clear of litter on a daily basis. I ended up not only with a beautiful and well engineered new roof. When we saw a leak in my front porch roof only happened during heavy windy rain, but I knew I had to get it taken care of eventually. We contacted Jake Roofing when one of my close friend recommended them to me. This winter the rain caused a crack in the ceiling so we called Jake Roofing based on their great reviews on houzz. They quoted a good price to replace the front porch roof and did the job in a professional and mature manner. The leak is gone and they replaced some rotted Plywood too. They did an excellent job.

After a slight scheduling mixup, Jake's crew came out to fix a leak in our roof. Unlike the other companies who quoted reroofing, Jake Roofing was the only one who offered an option to repair the patch with a discount if we move forward in the future. The patch was done within a few hours and our roof looks good again. To make up for the scheduling complication, Adam gave us a significant discount.

I met Jake Roofing when they did a re-roofing for our neighbour. I was hunted down by many roofers. I called one of them put in a clam and my insurance company denied it. I was told by a roofer that damage doesn’t always show at first so I waited. I waited till September and then called in Jake Roofing as I trusted their opinion and knew if anyone could make this happen it would be them. Once again, I wasn’t disappointed. Jake Roofing got the claim to go through and a re-roofing was just finished on my property. Insurance companies know the name and trust Jake Roofing recommendations. Jake Roofing have just completed a large renovation of the roof of our house. This involved new Conservation Skylights, re-pointing the chimneys using the correct heritage materials. renewal of both box gutters front, and rear, removal of concrete fillets plus new front drainage hoppers. The teams were professional working to a high standard leaving the work place clean, and tidy at the end of each day. It was a pleasure to have them on the premises. The project was finished on budget. Two minor problems were attended to that arose after completion without any difficulty. The company was always available to discuss all aspects of the project.

We have used Jake Roofing for various jobs. Recently we had a complex leak in glass roof panels. Couldn't tell where the water was entering. Jake arrived and devised a plan. The fix wasn't what we needed. Jake came back - devised a new plan at no additional cost and now even over heavy rains, all is good. No one had ever before done such a thorough roof inspection. He identified a likely source of the leak and implemented a temporary fix. Excellent job.
