GP Martini Roofing

We had a great meeting. We received proposals for roofing materials we never discussed. We then found out that the materials we were interested in were available, but they wouldn’t do it for us. Their needs were more important than satisfying a customer with another future project in line. We wanted a Cedar Shake or Terra-Cotta looking metal/composite tile. I immediately dismissed a thatched roof knowing their issues. The customer was not first in this case. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Superior experience start to finish. Pricing was very competitive, and was very positively impressed with my customer experience. Ryan is extremely knowledgable and made a very professional presentation of the work GP Martini performs and the level of quality we could expect. He also spoke well of his competitors from whom we were getting bids; few things are more off putting to me as a consumer than when a sales or service representative tries to sell their product by trashing the competition, there was no hint of this with Martini. Once we contracted and work began, our project was staffed with 6 or 7 skilled roofers and a very sharp foreman - it was a sizable project and was completed on schedule in just 2 days. Additionally, we had extensive copper work done, and the coppersmiths at GP Martini are true artisans. We've gotten extensive feedback on our project - all very positive. We very strongly recommend GP Martini without reservation.

Came out to do 3 jobs on our roof as our roof was leaking. Never fixed the leaks, as it continued to leak even after spending thousands of dollars. Were very disrespectful when speaking to customer. Would not recommend using at all.

Owner is very responsive. Crew is very courteous and they do a great job overall. Roofing project began and finished on time.
