I actually didn't end up getting any work done by them but I will recommend Gal Roofing to anyone who asks because of how helpful and honest my estimator Johnny was. I had a leak in my fairly new roof, So I decided to give this company a try. Making an appointment for the estimate was easy, and Jonathan showed up right on time. After taking a look at the area where the leak was coming from he informed me there were issues with the original install that had nothing to do with the gas line, and that the repair really should be covered by the original roofer. Armed with the new information he gave me, after some persistence I was able get the original roofer to cover the repair. I really appreciate that Johnny gave me an honest assessment instead of just selling me their service. Thank you!

I waited 3 months to post this review to see how the roof repair work would handle the first real storm. Well, for background, we have had a leak coming through a vent in the ceiling for the past 5 years whenever it rained hard. We've probably had five other companies come out to fix it over the years and no one was able to do it. Was constant money thrown down the toilet. Finally came upon Gal Roofing and decided to spend a bit more after hearing their assessment of our flat roof leak, when it was explained what exactly they would do. They also said their work was guaranteed, unlike the others, so I felt comfortable giving them a shot. Not only were they the only ones able to fix the roof, they were also extremely professional, punctual and a pleasure to be around. Couldn't recommend this company any higher.

When I contacted Gal Roofing to do an estimate of damages to my roof, I did not know what ti expect, When he arrived on the appointment date, he sat down with my spouse and I and explained how Gal Roofing process works from the estimate to job completion is they were selected to complete needed repairs. This personal touch just blew us away. Gal Roofing made sure the work was supervised and done to local and state requirements and specifications. It gave us confidence that the job is be completed correctly and on time.

I had been referred to Gal Roofing by a friend of mine, and right from the start they promptly replied to my initial contact. That responsiveness was characteristic of Gal Roofing as was their willingness to work with my need for silence on certain days. His crew replaced the old tile roof with new asphalt roof shingles. All of this was done during the COVID19 pandemic with appropriate precautions. My wife and I are very happy with the finished product and their final cleanup. They even took all the roofing samples that I had collected in my research.

Gal Roofing did a great job. We had received quotes from a few roofing companies in the Monrovia area and Gal Roofing I found the best roofing company and was by far the most informative in regards to the process, type of materials and labor being completed. The rep came out for an estimate and explained the process pretty well. My next door neighbor also decided to use them as well and they were able to complete hers days after ours was done. They started before sunup and finished around 4pm the same day, including picking up nails and debris. I selected this company because of its reputation and I wanted to have piece of mind when dealing with what I consider a large sum of money. They do not ask for money up front and bill you a few weeks after the job is done and the roof is inspected by the city. They replaced my shingles, flashing, vent covers and gutter guards. They were great with communication throughout the entire roof replacement. We're super pleased with how our roof turned out and the exceptional customer service that came with it.

Mike has excellent customer service and sat down with us and with a thorough explanation of his findings and process. He has been doing this for 20 years and his expertise is quite evident. They replaced our roof and it looks great. I was amazed at his crew as they were super meticulous and clean. They covered our flowerbeds, patio, and kept all materials away from our trampoline. They cleaned as they went and did a thorough check upon completion for nails and debris. They used high-quality materials. We were impressed and will use him again for my Moms house. He explained the whole process in detail and always answered to our queries. David replaced the tiles for me at no charge and recommended what should be done to the roof to prevent it from leaking. I am someone who never does reviews but felt so happy with the roof services more than once now from Gal Roofing that I felt compelled to. Best company in every way I have ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with lots across the whole of the building services for many years. Polite, helpful, very good workmanship and the most competitive prices too. Actually, we had water damage this rainy season due to broken tile and builder defect. Mike came to give me an estimate and analyzed the situation. The best part was that he suggested options that my 4 other bidders did not come up with. You can tell he had a lot of experience in how he articulate a solution which I appreciate. He used state of the art material no more tar paper which degrades due to heat trapped in the attic. His team came and replaced and fixed everything in 4hrs and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Gal Roofing for your roofing needs done right. Thank you for the outstanding first class work!

We just had a new roof put on our house done by Gal Roofing. I would recommend them to friends and family. Jake from Gal Roofing really worked hard and get done this roofing installation done smoothly and monitored whole process and the teamwork. It took 2 days to do but we have a very steep roof. Their workers were on there when they said they would be, they had a good work ethic and they cleaned up very well after the job was done. Our roof really looks great. We highly recommend their work to anyone in Monrovia city. Great professional roofing contractors ever we worked with in Monrovia. Thanks to Jake once again.
