We called 12 Roofing and several other roofers in Burbank but we chose them because they were extremely fast to respond, courteous, and answered all of our questions. They were very friendly, professional, experienced and when we had a few issues, they quickly responded and made sure we were taken care of fairly, and in a timely manner. Our roof now looks fantastic. They really are true to their word and do stand by their customers!

The customer service at 12 Roofing was amazing. I needed them the same day and they really went above and beyond to come the same day and did the work the next day. Most of these companies didn't answer my calls, or were too busy to show up. Lucky I found them because they actually did great work and the leak went away. Definitely thank them for a job well done. 5 stars all the way to 12 Roofing guys!

I'm very happy with the roof replacement by 12 Roofing. From my first meeting with Adam, he spent almost an hour site surveying. He answered all my questions, explained the process and was very patient. The team was respectful, friendly and the daily cleanup was impeccable. As I sit writing this review, I probably would not enjoy the safety and security of a new roof come rainy season but with the added natural light of sun tunnels recommended by Adam, it makes the home interiors so bright. My family jokes "who left the light on?". I recommend 12 Roofing for the quality and value of the work provided.

I highly recommend 12 Roofing. I called them for some work needed due to dry rot in several places. They were quick to respond and were pleasant to talk with over the phone. Very nice guy (Adam) in the office that helped me get the meeting set up with Jake (another nice employee) Jake sealed the deal for me [knowledgeable, polite, hard worker, good soul]. He worked with no supervision and his work proves his trust. I will recommend them without hesitation and in fact, I have already recommended 12 Roofing to my neighbour for his roofing needs. 12 Roofing and their employees are 5 stars. I needed a good roof repair and maintenance, not just painting or coating for aesthetics. Adam and Jake did great work to rectify a structural issue and replaced tiles & gutters. They were friendly, on time and gave a thorough review of the findings. Adam also made adjustments to his schedule to fit my work in so that I could move into the house as planned. The Owner came out and went over our options for shingles and colors. Once we decided on what we wanted he got his workers out to our house and the job was finished in a day. The crew that did our roof were very professional and polite, they also cleaned up any debris out of our yard as they went. You would have never known they were there.
