This has been the WORST customer service experience EVER! I ordered the product 15 days before I needed it. The shipping date was 3-10 days at day 12 I called to find out “ they were really busy and I wouldn’t get my order soon” Huh? They agreed to overnight the product to get it to me due to my contractor ( from out of state) only being able to push the job 2 more days. They charged me for the shipping by the way.... and ITS STILL NOT HERE. A million people sell this stuff! Go with someone who knows what customer service is.. it’s not these people!

We ordered stikwood online and had it installed in our Model sales office. The shipment arrived in perfect condition and the installation when without any issues. The extra pop of color and texture in a small space created an inviting, comfortable environment for our sales office. We will definitely incorporate Stikwood into our next model home.

We saw their products at another showroom, loved them and became a dealer. We can't seem to keep their samples in our showroom, clients and designers keep running off with them. Very unique which is what we like. Their service also couldn't be better. They got our order out promptly, exactly when they said the would ship. They also answered our questions right away and the installation was as effortless as it could be. We will actively market their products - great product, great service, great prices. I'm not sure I can say that about every company we deal with!
