We were delighted with the professionalism and meticulous attention to detail Ralph and his team provided on our project, which involved comprehensive external and internal work. The team transformed a rather tired and neglected property into a home that is now a pleasure to enjoy! Ralph’s communication of the specific paint types, colours and treatments required to rehabilitate our home was very much valued. His patience, and his team’s impeccable execution that involved painting copious amounts of detailed and challenging woodwork amongst other elements, was greatly appreciated. So too, was Ralph’s management of the project which was, at all times, to be commended. It should be noted that “the painters” are multi skilled; and, therefore, also conveniently attended to necessary plastering, removal of curtains and other relevant repairs. They thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed every area of the home as they completed each task. . Most importantly, our home was respected by these professionals who, were at all times, a pleasure to work with in an age where diligence, politeness and respect are becoming rare commodities! I had not read the reviews on this site before engaging Lower Northshore Paint and Maintenance. Reading them now I can imagine that it would be easy to think that they are too good to be true. I can assure you that Ralph and his team live up to and, if possible, exceed, every ounce of praise/recommendation they are given. They do exactly what they say they are going to do - provide the highest level of service possible producing very professional results. They are meticulous from start to finish. Ralph spent time and gave a lot of very pertinent advice when first discussing the project. It covered old, patterned ceilings that were mould damaged, cedar windows and doors that were sun damaged and several cracks, standard in older houses, that required plastering. All these areas now look brand new. Ralph and his team were professional to the last detail always going above and beyond. I was kept informed and no query, no matter how small, went unanswered. They arrived when they said they would. They were fastidious in their cleaning up / packing away at the end of each day. All of them: Ralph, Robson, Joseph and Luis, were a delight to have working on the house. I am particularly grateful for the care they took with our dog, always ensuring doors and gates were closed. I cannot recommend the company highly enough and will absolutely be using them for our next painting work.

Ralph and his team were fantastic. From our first interaction with Ralph when he came round to quote he was knowledgeable and super helpful. He helped with our colour choices and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. The painting itself was superb but the real bonus was how his team worked aorund us and managed the moving of all the furniture and putting it all back. He fixed plastering issues we had. It was truley seamless. My kids loved interacting with his team, they were lovely. I can't recommend Ralph highly enough.

Ralph and his team are the absolute best in the business. They are perfectionists and I have never been unhappy with their work. I have engaged their expertise several time over the past 10 years, and I will never use any body else. I have used them for paint jobs but also for maintenance on my fence and fixing cracked walls in the original part of my home.

Ralph and his wonderful team of painters did an absolutely FANTASTIC job painting the entire external areas of my 3 bedroom cottage. This included all the weatherboards, eaves, doors, windows, frames, boundary picket fence and gates, numerous timber fretwork, verandah decking, timber posts and bullnose timbers, back decking and concrete garden pots. It was an enormous job and their attention to detail was second to none. Being a very old workers cottage, there were a lot of damaged timbers that required scraping, sanding, patching and filling which the team did diligently. The final result is beyond my expectations. I love it and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ralph. Such respectful and well mannered painters too!

Overflowing gutters had damaged our internal plaster. One wall had calcification while another was discoloured in a few places. The team from Lower Northshore Paint and Maintenance made the calcification disappear. It was amazing. The discolouration has also gone. Not only that, they were so clean and tidy. I'd have them back any time.

We have just had Ralph and his team of Giovanni, Robson and Will painting interior and exterior areas of our home. They were here for over 2 weeks and I was sad to see them go. We just bought a house and the wall throughout the second, third floor and the stairwell is all textured. Ralph and his team (Robson, William & Christian) transformed the dated textured internal wall into a beautiful modern home.
