The Tailored Closet and PremierGarage

These guys did a great job until they broke our garage door and said they would be back to fix it because they had another job but never did. I waited to hear from them but never did, we have two garages so we were able to use the other in the meantime. I spoke to the owner who said this is not his responsibility because I didn't follow up and his team made no no notes. I was under the impression the paid staff would do what they were supposed to. Not only did they never show back up they never made notes and now I'm responsible to hire another company to fix my garage that I had them do. The salesman I was in contact with doesn't work there anymore so he can't help with the situation. I own a service business and I at least try to apologize for balls being dropped but I simply was accused for being irresponsible for not following up after they said they would. I have things to do and trust the people I pay. I wouldn't trust this company unless it's in writing. Don't believe what the workers say, get everything in writing and hire an assistant to follow up if you're a busy individual. There is no grace, ownership or apologies. Only wasted time and allegations that it's not their fault for fixing a problem they caused. Final note if I spent 15k to do my garage floor ( they also did our closet separate) do I need a freebie to fix my garage? No. Would I go back to a floor company once my garage door broke and go blame it on them so I could have free work? No, I didn't even know they were going to mess with my garage door tracks so I didn't even know they could fix it. I only knew because they broke it and said they would be back. The owner thinks I called for free mechanic work for a garage to a painting install company which if we use our brain makes no sense at all.

We love our garage floors! The Tailored Living crew finished two garage floors for us- one a new build and the other the original 1970’s dinged up mess. Both turned out beautiful. Crews were incredibly polite and professional. Great overall experience.

We got a few quotes and Tailored Living was comparable. But after the work, they were ABOVE comparable to any other company. Fast, professional, courteous salesman and workers that actually went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned up and to our liking before they left. We love our new closet and I am so glad we chose them as have many of our neighbors. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again!

I knew I needed some closet organization and after much research had chosen several to come out and give me a bid and help me asses what I needed. The first was Tim Blin with Tailored Living. Tim was very personable and after talking with me had a good idea of what I needed. He said he would work on it right away, but imagine my surprise when I was looking at my email that evening and the closet design was there. After a couple of minor changes, he gave me his bid and I thought it very affordable. I had closets done in other homes, so I was somewhat knowledgeable about pricing and product. From start to finish, Tailored Living did a great job. Tim, Pam (his office manager) and the installer, Brian were easy to work with. I highly recommend them and would use them again. Working with Tailored Living for my garage at my house out of state was one of the easiest business transaction I have been thru. They were flexible on the dates, and even re-arrange them last minute. Once finished the work was spectacular, and I am very hard to please. But it really looked fantastic. Finally Pam from their office has been the most pleasant person to work with. Tim and the tailored living team delivered exactly the closets we were looking for. They offered helpful design considerations while really listening to what was important to us. Very helpful that they provided commercial hanging racks for the time our closets were temporarily out of commission.
