I cant relate to any of the positive reviews as my experience with them was an expensive nightmare. They did several closets, the garage, a bonus and office. Their communication was terrible and they refuse to respond to emails or texts regarding a piece they failed to fix. I do not recommend using them nor will I ever use their services in the future. I truly regret using them in the first place.

Tailored Living installed epoxy flooring in my workshop and on my back porch to my brand new house. I am highly particular about work quality and I am completely satisfied woh the work completed. Both rooms were done beautifully and have more rooms just waiting to be done in the future. The owners, Ellie and Johan, were very friendly and easy to work with, as well as responsive via email or phone conversation. I highly recommend them. It is not every day you find a contractor that is professional, friendly,, responsive, and has a high work quality. If you hire them then you won't be disappointed.

We just moved and used Tailored Living for the closets and pantry in our new house. This was our second project with them and Johan and Ellie are great to work with. Johan comes up with designs that really maximize the space. The installer, David, is really good! He's always very careful and cleans up after the work is complete. We had him on both of our installations and were very please both times. I would highly recommend Johan, Ellie and David!!

After meeting with Tailored Living and one other reputable company to obtain a quote for the application of epoxy flooring to our garage floor, we ultimately decided to go with Tailored Living and we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision! Upon meeting the owner, Johan, my husband and I were impressed with his professionalism and could sense that he was someone who would stand behind his work. We were also glad to know we were actually meeting with “the owner” and not an employee or representative. After our initial meeting, we had several follow up questions, including their ability to install kayak storage. Johan’s responsiveness to those questions was wonderful. Professionalism, responsiveness, availability and pricing all factored into our decision to hire them. It was a two-day process in terms of the application of the epoxy. On day 1, Jason and Matt showed up on time and ready to go. After conversing with them for a few minutes, I could tell they were simply all around GREAT guys. They had such positive, happy-go-lucky, but professional, spirits. The process was absolutely seamless. We are admittedly “neat freaks” and I’d heard it could be a messy process. Not at all the case with Jason and Matt. At the end of process, they left our garage in pristine condition. I told them I don’t even want to put our cars back in there! Jason and Matt also went above and beyond when we had a last-minute issue with turning off the water to our garage refrigerator. When they arrived on day 2 and we mentioned the issue, Matt said (as if it was nothing), “How do access your crawl space? I’ll turn it off.” He absolutely did not have to volunteer to do that, but he thought nothing of it (and did it within 10 minutes); small thing to him, big thing for us. I could ramble on, but suffice it to say: Stop wavering and call Tailored Living! You will NOT be disappointed.

I hired Tailored Living to create a master closet. Ellie and Johan couldn't have been more helpful from designing the perfect layout to expert installation. The finished closet is so impressive my friend was compelled to use them as well for her own diva den.

Fast response...check. Friendly and communicative...check. Great design...check. Great value...check. Great work done right...check. Tailored Living checked all the boxes for our home improvement project (beautiful epoxy flooring and gorgeous storage cabinets) and we are so glad we chose them to do the work we needed. We’re the envy of the neighborhood now!

I loved working with Ellie and Johann. They are professional, fun and answered all my questions in a more than timely manner. They were extremely patient when I made ample changes and had multiple questions. I would recommend them for all of your storage design needs. They gave me my dream closet, exactly what I wanted, and were by far the best choice in terms of cost and quality.

After being in our new house for twelve years with a nice garage but without any storage area and the usual concrete floor we finally decided to upgrate the garage as to have plenty of storage area and a beautiful floor, we call tailored living and scheduled an appoint., Johann the owner promply came over showed us what could be done gave us an estimate show us different material options and followed up with a designed plan which we liked very much , a few details were tweaked and two weeks later the project scheduled and completed on time. Needless to say we now absolutely love our garage and it has upscaled the look of our house. We would highly recommend the company, their taste level is impeccable.
