More than Organized

Hiring Miriam from More Than Organized is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Despite my good intentions to declutter and get organized, it never seemed to happen. Rather than continuing to beat myself up about it, I decided to work with a professional, and I'm so glad I did. Miriam helps you part with what you need to part with, and organize what you decide to keep. But more importantly, she teaches you how to think differently about stuff -- what you buy, why you buy it, why you hold onto it too long, and how to be okay with letting it go. It's very freeing -- your home or office will feel so open and welcoming, you will physically breathe easier in the space. And it's the same with your mind -- you'll feel so much better, more relaxed, and think more clearly. Miriam is an organizational guru -- I highly recommend her!

I work out of my house and had my office set up on my dining room table. My actual office had turned into a room of junk and paper that needed to be filed or tossed. A place where pretty much anything that I didn't know what to do with would go. Miriam came over and helped sort and organize everything and she was very respectful about keepsakes that made no sense to keep. Luckily I was in a purging mood so I got rid of a bunch of things and we had a garage sale which helped immensely with opening up the office space. As we were sorting and purging, unknowingly to me at the time, she was setting me up with systems to continue to keep me organized. Now I have a fully functioning office that I love and everything has a place. I am more productive than ever and have been able to stay focused on the tasks at hand instead of being sidetracked every 5 minutes. We had some extra time so we also cleaned out 3 of my closets around the house. Now I have even more room available than before, and luckily thanks to Miriam I won't fill them with junk because everything has a place. I recommend Miriam to anyone who has a junk room in their house, you already know what you need to do, throw stuff away, but you're not doing it. Miriam not only holds you accountable for the things you want to hold on to but helps group it together in a way that makes sense. The systems she will give you will be tailored to you specifically and how you get things done. She's Awesome!
