Debbie was incredible! Going into this process we weren't even sure how we wanted our closet to look. But after very little time, Debbie helped come up with a perfect design and vision of what we wanted for our closet. She keep it under budget, and we absolutely love the end result. She really went above and beyond. So glad we chose to use Closet Factory to make our closet space so much more functional and organized!

We were extremely pleased with the design process and installation of our closets. Ms. Mauro was easy to work with, gave helpful suggestions and was able to make changes to accommodate our budget. She was able gauge and tailor our space to meet our storage needs. There were lots of choices and the design process was detailed but easy. The workmen who did the build and installation were friendly, cleaned up after completion and were able to make adjustments to our walls and ceilings that were not exactly square. I highly recommend using Ms. Mauro and Closet Factory. Now, a couple of months later, we are happy and find these closets use our space efficiently, are sturdy and solid. We finally have a place for everything and everything is in it's place!

We decided to have our master bedroom closet redone and we could not have been happier with how it turned out! I was unsure of the whole process to begin with but Debbie made everything from the consultation to the finished product so stress free and efficient! She was honest and thorough about pricing, quality and the different options we had that would best fit our lifestyle and needs. It was also nice that she had no sense of that “car salesmen” attitude or tactic and was overall very friendly, helpful and patient! After helping us reach a price that we were comfortable with, we scheduled an install date of June 11th and we were then contacted mid may about an opening June 4th which was great! The installation gentlemen were very nice and it took about 3.5 hours to complete. They also left the closet and floors very clean and polished which was appreciated! Everything from the design to the functionality of the closet exceeded our expectations! Thank you so much!

The cost, by the way, was right as I had budgeted and expected, and was slightly lower than a competitor. The installation went smoothly and on time. We are thrilled with how it looks.
