I did my laundry room, and my master closet with the Closet Factory. They did an amazing job! It was a pleasure working with Angelina designing the closets. Miguel and Gabriel were extremely efficient and professional in installing the closets. Highly recommend!

My husband and I requested design and installation for three custom closets (the master bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms one of which we use as a home-office). The design by MaryJane (MJ) Votypka was perfect. She spent several hours actually looking through our closets and measured every detail. She even allowed for how many pairs of shoes I have (too many LOL). But this was important so as to design closets to meet our needs. We also went to the warehouse to look at finishes and handles for the drawers. MJ's attention to detail was remarkable and certainly earns her the title "Senior Designer." The installation was completed, as agreed to, in two days (10/5/23-10/6/23). Our installer, Akos Korcsok, was amazing. As promised, he called 30 minutes prior to arrival both days. He was punctual, very courteous and polite. He kept the workspace/s clean. I was very impressed how quiet and unobtrusive the installation process was. I hardly realized he was in my home. MJ had told me he was a master installer and he lived up to his title. The closets look amazing and the design and installation has exceeded my expectation. I feel the closets are of excellent value for the money and will certainly add to the value of my home. I would highly recommend Closet Factory for your custom closet needs AND I certainly would request MaryJane (MJ) and Akos! I have attached the master and guest room custom closet pictures! We are having a home-office remodel today with an estimated completion date next Monday... more to follow.

Megan, our designer knows her “stuff”. She did a beautiful job. She listens to your needs and has informed input. She is delightful and professional. You know she loves what she does. Brent, our installer was the best. He is a hard worker and pays attention to detail. Nothing is more important than doing things right. Both Megan and Brent have pride in what they do. I would recommend Closet Factory and I would request them.

Pamela Amerson, our closet designer was fabulous. She explained everything in great detail and was very patient when we dragged the timeline out on the project. Our installer James Kaindoh, was just as efficient and professional, he kept me informed step by step with photos and calls during the install process as I was not able to be on site. When I finally saw the completed project it was even more beautiful than I had expected or envisioned. Bravo on a great job Pamela and James! A pleasure working with this company!

So, today my closet was finally installed I must say it has been a great experience all around. The only thing is it takes at least three months to get your closet so you need to be pretty patient. But other than that it has been nothing but phenomenal from working with designer Jessica to today working with installer Anderson Dela Cruz. I was also impressed with the fact that closet factory has a team that will reach out to your condos association and let them know the date of arrival and submit all the needed documents without me having to do the run around. Good job! I can’t wait to see my entertainment center from them.

Over the last 3 years, I have reached out to Jim Martin for several closet projects. He has always been knowledgeable, helpful with suggestions, extremely responsive and accurate with completion time-line expectations. I would highly recommend him.

We were very fortunate to have designer Amy Mendez from Closet Factory in Deerfield Beach, FL work with us to create the perfect vanity for our Master Bath/Bedroom renovation. It is obvious that Amy has a deep passion for her work, a great deal of experience, and a flair for upscale design. She is friendly, down-to-earth, and fun to work with. Amy listened carefully to the ideas we brought to her (inspired by two projects we found on Houzz) and stepped in as a true collaborator to guide us to the best way to make the most of our space and offer suggestions to get the look and functionality that we wanted. The CAD drawing Amy made and then fine-tuned while meeting with us was very impressive. She explained that because every project by Closet Factory is a custom design backed by the in-house engineering department and on-site manufacturing, we were not confined to the usual size restrictions in the construction industry. That flexibility made all the difference. We also very much appreciated that all of the designers, engineers, crafters, and installers are employed by Closet Factory with no work being subbed to other companies. Communication, scheduling and professionalism were all first rate. This was our first experience with Closet Factory and from the elegant and inviting show room, through design and installation everything felt like white glove treatment in a family business atmosphere. We highly recommend Amy Mendez and the Closet Factory for your dream project. We are already dreaming about what Amy can to do help us bring style and order to our garage. Oh, and did I mention they also do closets?
