Candice has designed 7 closets for us in 2 separate houses, and she always exceeds our expectations! She listens to our needs and comes up with functional designs that really work for our family. For kids' closets, she does a great job of "future-proofing" and makes suggestions on how they can be adjusted over time/as the kids get older. We have moved into a newly constructed townhome built by Mark Mehlman. Candice designed all our closets. Her knowledge and experience was terrific and she listened to all our personal requests. Candice is a professional, peasant, knowledgable young lady. She listened to what I wanted, offered ideas & options . I worked with Candice professionally for a few years when she worked with homeowners in a luxury high-rise condominium building where I was working. She was always professional and outgoing and everyone loved working with her. When my husband and I first started talking about moving in together, we knew it was going to be a challenge fitting all of our cloths into the small 4’ x 8’ closet in the Master Bedroom. We came up with the idea of turning the fifth bedroom of our home into a master bedroom walk in closet. Candice was the first person I thought of to call and she was quick to make and appointment with us and come over to see what we were dealing with. My husband and I are both cloths horses and we each have more shoes and cloths than we need, but refuse to part with. Billy is even somewhat of a celebrity for his outfits. On one of our first dates he won a prize for best costume and he didn’t even know there was a contest! We had an idea about the closet layout, maximizing the space that Candice was a little bit skeptical about. But instead of telling us there was no way to do what we wanted, she told us that she would take a close look at the measurements and let us know. The measurements had to be exact because we were pushing things right up to the inch. Had she not known what she was doing, it could have been a disaster. Everything turned out perfectly and we are thrilled with the results. We offer tours of the closet at parties and people are always SO impressed.

We hired Candice because of a review I read. She was awesome with our rehab. We turned a small bedroom into a walk-in closet, we added shelving to an existing closet and we created a Pantry. Her suggestions and design help was great. She did not try to up-sell us but stayed with in our budget and even helped reduce cost. She delivered exactly what we needed. She was even kind enough to work around our other construction. You won't be disappointed!!!

Look no further, Candace has you covered! We built a custom home and had specific needs in our master closet. Every idea we came up with Candace and her team brought to fruition. We love our custom made Murphy bed in our master closet/dressing room. Our grandchildren come for sleepovers and have their own “bed in the wall.” We also had them design many other rooms in our new home, all of which were installed ahead of schedule. The closet factory does beautiful work!

The Closet Factory created a first class custom closet for us. Candice was very helpful and creative in making the most out of the space. She was very knowledgeable and had great design sense. She even sourced a few custom items that made our theme come together.

From measurements to completion, Candice was involved every step of the way. When she came to our home I thought she would come in, take a few measurements, show some pictures in a brochure and be on her way. Wow! Was I ever wrong. Candice came fully prepared, she had samples of shelving material, colors, styles, harware samples, and several design optios and suggestions. She actually 'interviewed' us before she even set foot in the closet. While in the closet, she asked that we both be there to determine what each of our needs were and what we each hoped to gain by installing one of the Closet Factory systems. She took overall measurements and then proceeded to measure our clothing. I was puzzled at first, then she explained that she was accounting for 'longs' like dresses and long skirts and long sweaters. She counted shoes and measured the width of the widest pair to calculate shoe space needed. She asked about tall boots and off-season clothing stored in other closets. Candice was qualifiying everything in our wardrobes and making sure to use the space we had as efficiently as possible. On installation day, she called us in the morning to let us know that the installers were on their way. She said she would be in touch with them throughout the install and we were free to call her with any questions or concerns. Due to the current health crisis with Covid19, and social distancing, Candice was not on-site during the install. The install by Jason and Joe was completed in under 2 hours. Quickly, professionally, with little to no interruption of our day. After the install, Candice contacted us via electronic media. I shared a video tour of the new install and she discussed and offered suggestions for the most efficient use of our new system. I became a believer when I realized just how much more space we had with our new Closet Factory system. I was afraid I was going to fill up all the space immediately and have no room to grow...I was wrong...very wrong! Candice is also assisting me in finding accessorising baskets and bins for our shelves. Candice is an amazing representative of St Louis Closet Factory.
