PlushGrass Custom Synthetic Turf

This is the last thing I wanted to do but at this point I feel like I need to say something to protect others from falling into this trap. DO NOT purchase anything from PlushGrass. This company does not care about it's customers, refuses to return phone calls and emails, rude and defensive when you just try to get basic answers. We had our grass installed in March 2021. When watching their team install it, I immediately noticed that the installation process did not follow what I was told from our sales representative. They did not create a weed barrier by digging down and layering materials back up creating as I was told they would. They simply evened out the ground and started putting the grass down. A couple months later grass started growing through. When I reached out to Kathy with these concerns her response was to throw chemicals on it, which I will not do because I have an organic micro farm at our house. I explained that I didn't think it was installed correctly and shouldn't be experiencing these issues so soon after installation. She said Matt would reach out to us and schedule a time to come look at it himself. TWO MONTHS LATER from my initial inquiry, multiple unanswered emails and calls - I have never heard from Matt. When I called Kathy to try and understand what was taking so long, she was rude and defensive. Now that I've read the other recent reviews, I'm kicking myself going with this company. We wanted to support a small local business but that has now came back to bite us. Please save yourself from this headache. We paid waaaaay too much to be treated like this. The warranty at this point is a complete joke because they won't even return our calls/emails. Wish there was a 0 star rating.

Plush Grass did a fantastic job installing my turf. Everyone from the sales staff to the installers were very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at installed turf.

I would highly recommend this product, especially if you have dogs. Very simple maintenance and durable. When we got our dogs, they destroyed the original sod in about 3-4 months. We have had PlushGrass Synthetic Turf for about 4 months and it still looks new. The backyard went from being a dusty wasteland to a nice yard. Excellent job of installation; completed on time and on schedule. They also did a great job of repairing broken sprinkler heads and testing the system. The only thing stopping me from giving them 5 stars...we also had them replace our decorative rock while they were tearing out our old sod. They could have done a better job spreading the rock and laying the underlayment.

I love our grass, The sales experience was casual yet informative. I did not feel any pressure but rather just confidence in their product. The installation was quick and it looks great. My toddlers and my dog love it too.

Matt and his crew from PlushGrass and Celebrity Greens installed a 35' by 25' green with sand bunker, 65' water feature surrounding it and two tee boxes at 30 and 35 yards in my back yard. The experience was by far the best I have ever had with a vendor! I recently built this house and many vendors worked on it but Matt and his team were hands down the absolute best! I would recommend them for any golf green or water feature you are thinking of doing. Matt is a regular Picasso with a skid loader, it was fascinating to watch him sculpt my back yard golf course. Amazing!

We board dogs and provide daycare services for dogs and needed to replace the sod that decided not to come back this year! Bob suggested the K-9 Plush Grass, which was installed by his crew in a 15' x 30' area. Bob and the installation crew were professional, friendly and prompt! We couldn't be happier with the completed project and the dogs love it too!

Bob: Just wanted to let you know that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new lawn and hardscaping! Please let George know that Albert Ramirez and his crew did an EXCELLENT job. I don’t know what time they actually finished, since I didn’t get home until after 6pm. But they did a fabulous job of laying out everything exactly as I intended and they cleaned up after themselves so well, no one would know the extent of what went on back there that day. My dogs immediately took to their new surroundings and both “christened” the potty area that evening! Thanks again…it was a true pleasure to work with you and get everything I wanted.
