One important item in your checklist is to have a home inspection performed by a Certified Home Inspector. All of our inspections come with a 90-Day Limited Structural and Mechanical Warranty. This warranty is valid for 90 days from the date of inspection or 22 days after closing whichever comes later. You will always have at least 22 days worth of coverage. This warranty covers any repairs needed to items the Home Inspector had found to be in good working condition at the time of inspection and are specifically listed within our warranty. In addition, we offer a free “RecallCheck”. RecallChek is an easy and convenient way to check for recalled appliances in your home to prevent fires and injuries in your future home.
