In addition to working stair lifts, some of showrooms also have working home elevators! In addition, we also offer free on site evaluations. Our name, “Arrow Lift” comes from our roots in the Arrowhead region of Minnesota on the shores of Lake Superior. My mother has been having issues with her lift - any time her cable services gets interrupted, the chair start beeping. No rhyme or reason to it, but they gave her directions to stop the beeping and they didn't work. She pays $100 a year for service, but they wanted $350 to send someone out.

Susan, based on your description, it sounds as though there may be an electrical issue in the home itself (rather than something related to the stairlift). With respect to the service plans, we offer plans for full service (which would include repairs) and preventive maintenance (scheduled maintenance during the year, with a discount on repairs). It sounds as though your mother has a preventive maintenance plan. This may not be related to the lift, but if we can help with something we certainly will.

On two occasions, one personal and one on behalf of a friend, I found this Company to be of the highest character and competency. In my case the equipment was installed exactly as the sales person had promised. Unfortunately I had to exercise the buy-back provision after my wife passed away and the refund and removal again was handled as promised, In the case of my friend he too passed away right after his order was placed and a full refund was granted because of the extremely short time between order and before install. I would imagine these circumstances may not be typical but throughout both experiences I was impressed with the owners fairness and sensitivity to my and my friend's family losses.
