We were very pleased with all the work that took place. We found Walter, the foreman, and his crew to be pleasant, polite, and hard-working. Walter, in particular, communicated with us throughout all the work. He asked us each day if we had any questions from the previous day’s work and patiently answered any questions we had. He talked with us when necessary, for example, with the placement of the sump pump system. The crew minimized the effects of their work around the interior of our home, using plastic sheeting to protect areas in our basement. We were quite impressed how well they covered everything. One of Walters workers, in particular, took great care with the carpet and covered all of our appliances. They did an excellent job cleaning the walls and replacing the cement – the cement work was the best we have seen. The crew worked well together and obviously knew what they were doing at each stage of the operation. We were especially grateful that the whole job was completed in one week. Our basement has never looked so good or felt so dry. We will tell everyone we know to use Aquaguard Waterproofing.

Very professional, I worked with TJ DiGregorio for the quote. He knew what was needed right away, and did not try to oversell the number of helical piers required to stabilize my garage. His scheduling manager pulled through for me to move up the installation date to sync up scheduling with a related project. Their guys came out on a Saturday and did great work, also helped keep my landscaping alive after the project was completed. I would use them again.

Did a great job. On time. Worked hard during the time they were onsite and cleaned up perfectly. Time will tell if it works but the previous job they did on the other side of the house is still fine after 6 years.
