Sol reliable is the worst don't even go to these people for any kind of work they installed a $60,000 solar system and it doesn't work and I cannot reach them my phone email or on the Internet if anybody can help would be greatly appreciated thank you

ATTENTION PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW: I am a client of Sol Reliable thats currently under contract with them. My mother and I hired them to remodel and upgrade our newly purchased home a year ago and it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made in my life. I was recommended to this company by someone who's boyfriend worked in sales for them at the time (emphasis on at the time). The owner Nir I knew from the one encounter I had with him most likely saw me and my mother as easy targets. Two women who I'm sure he assumed could be easily manipulated not realizing I am in the industry and have had a career in property management where I have dealt with contracting bids, compliance depot, vendors, and had knowledge on what is fair work practice in this business . They charged me a massive amount and assured me the work would be perfect and outstanding....COMPLETE LIE. My bathroom remodel began in June when I went to Paris with my mom, me naively thinking most of my bathroom would be done while I was away for 9 days. If you guys have knowledge about remodeling than you know a 50 sq ft bathroom can be completed in as little as a week if done correctly and made a priority. Well here I am 8 months later and my bathroom is still not finished and is just as bad as it was prior to the start of this. When I returned from Paris we saw that the only thing done was the demo ,they had 9 days to frame and put up drywall at least and not even that was done. We paid for another almost two weeks of hotels as my home is only a one bathroom home thinking this would be enough time and spent a ton of money to again come home to just demo. I had to take months off work as the project manger they assigned to my job never came to my house only texted and called so I had to manage these workers as I noticed so many mistakes being made....HUGE MISTAKES, to which the "project manager" constantly questioned before realizing I was right after arguments in an attempt to make me feel belittled like I was just some silly girl who had no idea what I was talking about. Every single time I caught a mistake I was justified in being right after the fact but because I am a woman I was never taken seriously ever and was even told by the "project manager"(over the phone of course) not to interfere which I would have loved to do only there were some really horrible mistakes being made and there was no one there to take the burden from me. I was living in a home with no toilet, bathtub , or running water for about 5 months which took a toll on me personally and reduced me to have to use a portable potty for months, shower at the gym or at my aunts house every day , I even was so desperate at times I would go in the backyard with my bathing suit on in the middle of the night when I knew my neighbors were asleep and quietly hose off. This sounds so ridiculous like some kind of movie but this was really the reality I was living in. I could not work because I did not trust the workers any longer in my home as they disrespected it constantly left trash all over including their lunches and sodas and were constantly messing up the work. One of the workers who was doing the tile on 3 occasions brought his entire family to my home including his wife and children. The younger child was walking around my job site barefoot putting me at risk for major liability issues and was dangerous for her. WHO DOES THAT?! I mentioned it furious for the children's sake to the "project manager" and he promised me it wouldn't happen again. It did happen again and again and eventually his kids were finally left at home but his wife would still come to my house and he would make her help him. I didn't have a working shower until October of 2017, 5 months after start of work and little did I know at the time but the tub was not placed in properly it was hanging by the lip and was pulling on the tiles every time we stepped in it which resulted in the tiles cracking completely. They hired their own plumber to run water lines and upgrade my pipes and decided because they were so greedy and already pocketed all of the CAL First funding they didn't want to pay him which led to him to come on to my property and leave a fake threating note that he was going to go after me which is against the law and totally violated my right to privacy as I was not who contracted him. He then bombarded me with texts and phone calls and harassed me even after he was told to stop. I have been so violated and taken advantage of in this entire process I have had to endure so much emotional pain because of this as well as had extreme financial issues due to the fact I had no one managing this project on site and I had to stay home with the workers. The workers by the way were fired eventually. but they still hired more illegal handy men to try and fix the work and they just made it even worse. Also don't trust any 5 star reviews they are friends and family posing a clients...DONT HIRE THEM!

I am a big believer that solar energy is the future. I spend an average of 200 bucks a month on my electricity in the winter, and during the summer somewhere around 500. i am not a wealthy man so my main focus was to save money on my bill. I met with a gentleman by the name of Allen. He was incredible. He explained everything in full detail and was extremely patient . If i had any questions what so ever he was right on top of it. The whole staff was extremely helpful in making it an easy transition. I purchased my system and everything was installed in september. since that time my bill isn't more than $5 a month. If you are trying to help save some money on your electric bill which is never going away. I recommend dealing with Sol Reliable. Unlike the rest of the crooks in this town, they are honest and gave me the best product in the market for the lowest price! Did i mention that it's beneficial in the environment?
