I have used them for several home fixes since 2012. They are nice and so a great job. The new owner is making mistakes which can alienate customers. However, i think he has learned a lot since 2014 and has a good grip on hiring the right people and keeping customer satisfaction a priority. If I have any rare issues with quality or functions, they correct them immediately.

Juliet Burns

After buying an expensive air conditioning unit from them with a 10 year warranty, and paying a maintenance fee every month for years, we had a leak and a cooling problem with out unit but was told there would still be an $89 service fee to come out and see what was wrong with our unit. When I told them I didn't have the$89 but that we'd paid them for years every month, I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Obviously not interested in customer loyalty or service.

Put in Air Conditioning and did the job in a professional matter but should have sent 3 people as some parts of the job could have use the extra muscle. We liked the original owner better but new owner is learning to bid and work better.

Signed up for the 3 years contract to service our A/c unit. They called when it was time to come check the unit out and always did a very professional job. Even gave us suggestions on what we might want to do but were never pushy about trying to get us to do extra work at a reduced price. Very respectful employees. Glad to have had them come check things out.
