We will continue to be very "picky" about the kind of work we do for you and this simply means that we will not do any work at your home that we wouldn't do for ourselves in our own home. When you call us for repairs or maintenance every year, we will continue to provide you updated information concerning specifications to enhance the efficiency, performance and longevity of your equipment. Many times this information changes from year to year. As it is today, indoor air quality plays a big role in air conditioning, heating and ductwork systems. We will provide you with as much information as needed so that you can make an informed decision. It is important that you first receive an estimate from us before any work is done. We understand that occasionally this may not be possible, but this should be extremely rare. In either case, however, we will definitely explain why the repair or replacement is necessary before we start the work. We realize there are many air conditioning and heating companies, but there is only one Sterling Mechanical.
