I've used Richmond's Air a few times and he has never failed me! I have nothing but great things to say about this company, from the cost to his knowledge! I will continue to use this company for all of my a/c needs and repairs.

Richmond's Air always comes on time when I call them. They always explain things to me whenever there is an issue with my HVAC system. I trust and depend on James and all the employees at Richmond's Air. I would recommend them to anyone! For a matter of fact, James was recommended to me by a good friend!

Richmond's Air installed an all new system and duct work in my home, and it's been working for 5 years so far. James just recently repaired my air conditioning unit. He came out at 6:30 in the evening at no extra charge. He is always prompt and reliable. I would recommend him to anyone. He is good at his job!

I have two ACs in my unit. One of the AC units wasn't blowing out air. I looked James up online and found him in an advertisement. He came to my house within 20 minutes after I gave him a call. He went up to my floors and attic. He was able to diagnose the problem and how he fixed the issue. He explained to me what he did, which is what I appreciated it. He was very polite and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again!

I was in the process of buying a house. I was passed the inception stage and did not know that our AC system was out. James was able to get us a new system for a great price. He was very fair with his prices. We closed on the house on Thursday. He got there the following Saturday and the AC system was up in working later that day. I could not have asked for a better HVAC professional, I will continue to work with James. So, whenever friends say they are having HVAC problems I do not hesitate to give out James information and business card, because he is that great!

We hired them back in September. They put in a whole new air conditioning and heating unit. The job was done in a timely manner and I would recommend them to any friends or family looking to have this sort of work done.
