It's been over seven years since Northwest Exteriors installed 8 new windows and a patio door in our home, The job was performed on time with minimal interruption to our life. We have not had reason to complain about anything since the job was completed. The dual-pane glass has shown no sign of leaking and the windows and door operate as smoothly today as when first installed. As a home owner I am totally satisfied with the workmanship and materials that went into the job.

Several years ago my husband and I purchased new windows for the front of our home from Northwest Exteriors. At that time we were very pleased with the service and quality of the product. This spring we continued our update of windows in the dining room, family room, and kitchen. Again the service was excellent and when the windows arrived they were quickly and expertly installed. Upon inspection one of the windows was incorrect and Northwest immediately took care of the problem. If you are looking for quality service and quality windows with a life time guarantee I would highly recommend this company.

Kelly Richardson did a great job for us. We had Northwest Exteriors, Inc. replace most of widows and several doors previously. This time we had 2 doors leading to the garage replaced in preparation for selling our house. We requested and received ADA compliant thresholds which we got. Kelly did a great job. Due to the design of the garage floor and dining room floor there still was a 2" difference in heights which made using my mother-in-laws wheel chair difficult to use. On Northwest Exteriors, Inc. person said we should request a little ramp; however, Northwest Exteriors, Inc. said that was not their responsibility. And this was after a total investment of over $16k on 2 project. I would use both Kelly and Northwest Exteriors, Inc. again.

In August 2016 my 1950's single pane windows were replaced with Anlin double paned, double hung windows. From my first phone call to Northwest Exteriors to the finished installation their professionalism, knowledge, and work quality was "Spot On". They preformed as they said they would and fulfilled my budget and deadline.

Beautiful windows, installed quickly (once they arrived), with great customer service. One star withheld: 1. Because it took a really long time to even get my windows ordered, with multiple site visits, talking to two different guys. 2. The windows took a REALLY long time to ship because the company doesn't stock anything except white frames. 3. One window was ordered wrong, causing further delays and was then improperly installed when it finally came. My siding guys noticed that it wasn't sealed, so someone had to come out and fix it. 4. I financed the windows and the loan terms weren't as good as other vendors who use Enerbank; for example my HVAC was financed at 0% for three years.

They did one project of my home remodel; replacing all windows, removing back wall and fireplace and installing 16 foot sliding glass door. Never had a better experience w/contractors - Paul S, project foreman was most responsible for my experience. Daily communication. Daily clean-up (inside and out). They showed up, were on time, worked every day, and finished the job on time. Once, they had to leave an outdoor rubble pile overnight. They covered it with plastic so the dust would not swirl in the nighttime breezes.

I had them build an overhead structure for my patio. It turned out great. I am very pleased with the job and with the man who did the work. I highly recommend this company and would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

A salesperson rang my doorbell and briefly told me about Northwest and all they had to offer. I invited him in as I was planning on replacing the windows in my newly purchased home. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explained the differences in windows and even did a demo. Then he told me about the HERO program. Sold! My window order was placed and they were installed shortly thereafter and all in one day!! They are gorgeous! My home not only looks better but it is also more energy efficient. Thank you Norwest!!! I have recommended you to many friends and will continue to do so.
