Jimmy Gusky replaced my A/C and furnace. On the plus side, they came out very quickly and bid a price that was significantly lower than the Costco contractor. They arrived and installed the equipment on schedule. They seemed to be very professional and so far the unit is working well. On the minus side -- I know this is petty, but the sales rep assured me at least five times that the crew would put down drop cloths before they started work -- no drop cloths. And when they were done they gave me no maintenance instructions and there was no followup on how the unit was working.

Gusky installed new compressors and air handlers for our two very old central A/C systems, upstairs and downstairs. The sales representative, Tom Kelly, was personable and not pushy. He explained the options very thoroughly, pros and cons, and the recommendation that he gave us for our situation was not the most expensive option, which comforted us that he was not simply trying to sell the most expensive option. He also suggested a creative remedy that the other two companies we obtained estimates from did not. The installation was quick and they cleaned up well after themselves. When I called Tom after the installation with a question, he returned the call immediately and was very responsive, alleviating our concerns that they would no longer respond after completion. Gusky also arranged very good financing.
