Technician was on-time and was able to identify and fix the issue with my Air Conditioner quickly, professionally & at a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend.

Very happy with response time, able to come same day and diagnose problem. Next day parts in and furnace fixed. Technician very professional and respectful of my home. Easy to pay invoice with online banking.

Can't say enough about Shane's good work. Had a bit of a tough situation to troubleshoot but Shane stuck with it and solved it. Also really like the communications system Home Haven uses. You always know what's going on. Highly recommended.

Haven came in for complete service on AC. Hot Water tank, HRV and Furnace installed last year. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks Nick!

Thank you Haven Home Heating & A/C for sending someone over on a Friday afternoon after our A/C stopped working on the hottest day of the year. Evan was fantastic, and fixed our problem in a very timely manner. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.

Excellent. Fixed thermostat which was in program mode so we can control it. Technician showed up within half an hour of my call to the office.
