Found out living room 90 degrees in this got July day. Our neighbor had recommended Griffin Air so have them a call. Josh returned my call promptly . Josh was not only professional and gave such great customer service but had our air conditioner working on a very hot evening. We can't say enough good about Josh and his skills. We know who our go to hvac company is!

Josh and his crew Installed the AC unit on our camper about 2 years ago. They were wonderful to work with, courteous and punctual. The unit seemed to be struggling to cool the camper. Fortunately, the unit was still under warranty, so Josh ordered a new one from the company. They made two trips out to check the old unit, which fortunately held out until the new one arrived, and installed the new unit. They take great pride in their work and after all they did, they did not charge us for trips out and installation. Highly recommend!

Josh and staff replaced our RV ac. The staff is extremely friendly and their service is superior. They arrive when they say they will and they stand behind their equipment. I highly recommend them. N. Young

This past Friday evening, around 5:30 pm, my Wife and I visited our cottage and found that our Air conditioner/HVAC system was not cooling properly. I texted our service provider Joshua, the owner of Griffin Air LLC and I was ecstatic when he responded/replied within 3 minutes. Joshua asked me some questions over the phone about the situation and immediately said he would be there Saturday morning. Joshua texted me the next morning that he was on his way and as usual, was prompt, professional and courteous. Upon arrival, he began troubleshooting the issue, identified the problem and apologized for the inconvenience. He explained that there was a very small leak in a tubing joint and that the brazing/soldering of this joint was not performed to his level of craftsmanship but he would fix it. At the end of the service call, Joshua cleaned the worksite (as always), smiled and said ‘no charge’. He again apologized for the inconvenience and said “see you at annual maintenance/check-up time”. I have again been completely satisfied by Griffin Air LLC. Joshua stands behind his product and service work and most importantly has that drive for true customer service/satisfaction that seems to be few and far between these days. Thank you again Griffin Air LLC – you truly are the best!

UNBELIEVABLE!! Woke up cold in the morning, as a result of my heat going out overnight. The temperature outside was in low teens and I was worried about my pipes bursting. I called Griffin Air first thing in the morning; my call was answered and my heat was fixed that morning. I was shocked by the professionalism and knowledge of this company. Not to mention they did all of the work for a price that was far less than many of the other companies I have utilized in the area previously. I will no longer use another company other than Griffin Air. Thank you for everything!!

Great service, quick. We have a heat pump issue and Mr. Griffin was able to respond literally within minutes...on a weekend. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable, and it was immediately evident that he takes pride in the quality of his work. Will definitely use again.

Griffin Air came out to our business when the heat went out in the blizzard in January 2016. He evaluated the situation, took photos of the system, and then recommended several options before deciding what would work best. He ordered the system the same day he came out and installed in within a few days. Josh Griffin is a local businessman who is fair and professional.
