Recently used CEM to purchase and install a whole home humidifier. Edward was quick to respond to my inquiry and provided a quote. Day was arranged and install was completed by a tech. Cleaned up the mess and Edward followed up the next day and provided the receipt. Job well done.

My experience working with Edward and his installation crew was very pleasant and positive. They worked as a team and very efficient in working at my home that has a small furnace closet in the basement in installing a new tank less water heater. I would recommend them to friends and family and others.

I contacted Edward for new furnace and AC unit installation. He really did a great job. I am happy and satisfied what he did.

We hired this company to do our furnace repair and were very happy with them. They fixed our furnace and also fixed our leaky humidifier. The technician explained us how to prevent problems in future with our humidifier. Overall great company to deal with.

I had great experience with Consumers Energy. They helped me to get my AC fixed when it was extremely hot. My AC was only 7 yrs old and I wasn't sure if I had any warranty left on it. The problem was in the compressor and they were be able to locate the warranty certificate trough Goodman and get the compressor for free as it still was on the warranty. I only had to pay for 4 hours of their labour cost. They saved me a lot of money. Thanks
