They cost a little more than some places, but you get what you pay for! They have service contracts which makes them available around the clock. Any problem I've had have been solved immediately. They are also cost conscious -- I originally had two furnaces which I questioned, and he said we can work with one. They also don't mind me walking around asking them questions. They went great lengths to put in the furnace that I wanted even though it wasn't the one originally proposed. I've already recommended them to two people and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I've always been pleased!
