AA Service and Repair

So... while I completely appreciate the professionalism of the technician who came out, I was horribly disappointed in AA when it comes down to it. We replaced our AC unit with them in 2015 and when our unit went out they sent someone over immediately, which I thought was great since it was still under warranty. Once he got there he said there was a fee for coming out, which I was not told about before. Then after saying they would waive the fee because it was clear no one communicated it, they included it in the $1095.00 “quote” I was given to replace the blower fan. This amount does not include parts because the unit is still under the manufacturer warranty. Mind you, when I asked for an itemized breakdown I was told a manager was needed and I would get a call back. After an hour+ of nothing, I called back and was told the manager had to speak with another party and that they would call back by the end of the day. To say the least, I am very unhappy. We spent $6000 on an “upgraded” unit not even 5 years ago and in spite of being under warranty, my unit is still not working and I can’t get a straight answer about what makes up that $1095

I’m praising Ray M Walker who arrived at my house early Monday morning to check out an emergency water overflow situation we had going on with our AC Unit due to an old duct system. He assessed the situation, explained what was causing the problem and showed me pictures of the problem areas. The ducts needed to be replaced. I quickly agreed. He and his assistant Kerry arrived early the next morning and efficiently, professionally and as unobtrusively as possible removed the old ducts, built new connection boxes and installed the new ducts. He even arranged the new ducts so there’s more open storage space in the small attic. I appreciated very much his thinking “outside the box”! I highly recommend their work. They left everything clean and tidy, came prepared and finished the job in 5 hours. No sluffing off. And.......they were very pleasant and easy to be with. Barbara Hill

Second blower motor went out in my unit that I purchased new in 2014. The factory has a service recall on that very motor but yet this air conditioning company will not make it right and want to charge me an outrageous amount for labor. company. Again this is a second motor that is gone out on this new unit since I've had it. They sent me a link to give them false reviews for a better price and it supposed to be a warranty fix. They want to charge me $1,000 to replace a second motor that has known issues.
