I had a new frameless shower door installed. The two gentlemen that came to measure and then later install the door were so professional and nice. Dealing with the office was also a very pleasant experience. Everyone was courteous and extremely accommodating to my schedule. The door is stunning. I have received the highest of compliments from family and friends. The entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. I highly recommend this company

Fantastic from start to finish is what I would call our experience with these guys. Claudio and team, we love our shower doors. They are just perfect! We were on a deadline and had a big order but it all got done within two weeks from measurement to installation. Yes the doors are expensive but great quality and I shall now treasure them even more. It isn’t worth the lower price. Claudio is unprofessional. I hire them because Claudio gave me the lowest price. They missed the 1st install date by several hours late. I was promised the guys would install the following day. They showed up and after 5 hours left my house with out saying a word. When I realized the guys left I went to see the door. They broke a pane of glass and left shards every where. After I contacted Claudio he said he needed a couple of days and the guys would return with a new pane. I asked how long it would take and they said 2 hours. About 4 hours later they were finished. After I paid and left I found a giant chip in the saddle of the shower and several dents in my sheet rock. They tried to cover up the chip with putty material. I texted a picture to Claudio and no response. Typical

The owner of this company is absolutely unprofessional. I personally went to their office in Hillside, met with the owner and placed the order. They came to measure the shower door and then the owner sends me a text with pricing. I respond and ask them to go ahead with the order. I never get an email or confirmation from them whatsoever. A week later i get a text from the owner saying if i want to go ahead with the order. I call him and tell him that i already asked them to go ahead with the order a week ago. He argues with me for 5 mins that he did not receive the text. I send him a screenshot of the text. Then he says they don't take orders over texts. I ask him that why would he send me the prices over texts and ask me to confirm. He says he has 2000+ texts that he has never opened. Then why would you send pricing over txt and ask to confirm the order. They he starts blaming his employee that they did not send me email. They he says he got the text but he was driving. At this time i ask him if he can deliver my door next week as i have inspections. He says absolutely not, you didn't confirm the order and he has other pending orders and he cannot do it. You might think this is what happens when you go for cheap options. No, these guys are not cheap. The price they quoted for the door was $1600. I am willing to pay that price for a custom door. These guys are a micky mouse operation. They have no process or organizational skills to run a business. customer orders are written on a paper, or text and misplaced. Stay away! not worth your time or money. Especially when someone is as rude as the owner of this company!!

My wife and I renovated our main and master bath and were in need of shower glass for above a tub and for a walk-in shower with bench. U.S. Frameless Glass came highly recommended by a close friend who used them for his bathroom glass. It's clear why. Not only did the estimate come in well below the other 3 companies I reached out to, U.S. Frameless Glass also promised to deliver 1-3 weeks sooner than the others. Throughout the process Claudio was a pleasure to deal with. His crew was also very professional and courteous. There was a hiccup during the master bath glass install. It wasn't cut properly. Claudio went above and beyond to make it right and had a new piece ready for installation in less than a week. My wife and I were so thrilled with how everything turned out that we also had them make us a custom mirror for our master bath which we love as well.

The reviews i read were all gleaming, and honestly, all true. Extremely professional, competitively priced and a quality product and install. Intend to use for phase 2 of my project. Dealing with Claudio is like working with a friend. I can't say enough positive things. More than highly recommend.
