Roy is an outstanding contractor. His bids are comprehensive and very specific. Moreover, his bid figures and the final numbers have never varied. He has done several projects for me and even more for my clients. Roy's work is exceptional and run right on time or early. His subs are friendly, professional and keep the area very clean. Roy shows up daily to check all the work. He goes above and beyond on projects even fixing an unrelated gouge I made in the sheet rock in a different part of the house at no extra cost! His insight and attention to detail will not disappoint.

Roy removed a secondary staircase we no longer needed. The scope of the project included demo, installing a structural beam and framing for new subfloor/ceiling. His team did quality work and arrived when scheduled. Roy was very attentive to the project and stayed in contact with us regarding scheduling and budget concerns. He was flexible with the scope of the project (e.g. including sheetrock and texture) and reasonably priced. The project was initiated promptly and completed within a reasonable time frame. We will definitely remember Tartan Homes for any future home renovation projects.
