I had a flood in my home that caused extensive damage and resulted in the need for a complete remodel of my kitchen and living room. My house was gutted from slab to rooftop and everything in between. After interviewing a half dozen contractors I had the extreme good fortune to find Mario Gonzalez, owner of Sure Built Construction. Mario and staff handled every detail of my remodel, start to finish. Everything from general construction, to a high caliber electrician, plumbing, HVAC, stucco, and design services were completed promptly and with only the highest standards of quality. Mario worked with my insurance company, water/asbestos mitigation people and my mortgage lender to help expedite things when needed. Frosting on the cake...I was forced to live "on site" during the remodel because of pets. Mario's staff were highly skilled, left my house clean every day, were friendly, professional, and always considerate of my needs. A "top shelf" organization, to say the least.

SURE BUILT CONSTRUCTION DESERVES MORE THEN 5 STARS, The day my nightmare happen was on April 3, sewer backup and it flooded my house with sewer water and much more nasty things, called a sewer company to come help and next thing I know my house was getting torn apart, not knowing what to do, and who to hire to redo my house back to normal, I’ve meet a lot of contractors wanting the job but picking and choosing what they wanted to do, days go by and I had a call from Mario stating if he can come look at the job and see if he can lend me a helping hand, the day I’ve met with Mario, he stated he was the ceo of the company made me felt better knowing I’m talking to the head honcho of the company. I’ve told him I met so many contractors and they wanted to pick and chooses what they wanted to do and Mario said I can do everything for you, open my eyes from hearing what he said, once I sign the contract with Mario he begin making magic, rebuilding my house asking what I wanted to do to the house, him not knowing Ive seen his reviews and pictures of his work other customers had post up, and his vision of designing is out of this world, sure build will build your house back to a fantasy place, they treat you like family , and Mario will go out his ways to make sure he can help on whatever he can do for a customer, I hate to call my self a customer because mario treated me like family helping guiding me and being patient with me because this was my first house and I didn’t know what to do but he guided me through my nightmare fixed my house better then before, Guys pick sure built you won’t regret it I promise you guys this everyone of his worker’s respect there job and I see they love working for Mario and when workers love their jobs and what their doing. Sure Built Construction is my General Contractor for life. They have completed several projects over 1.5 years at my residence including plumbing, electrical, fencing, repairs, flooring, design, painting interior/exterior, tile, full kitchen and master bathroom remodels. The CEO Mario is great to work with. His crew is professional, reliable, knowledgable, on time, and friendly. As a single women who had many crew members here over the past 1.5 years, I never felt unsafe with any contractor from Sure Built. Sure Built is not the cheapest, but the highest quality and guarantee which is very worth it in the long-run. Mario is fair and resourceful for any project as well. We had some water intrusion in our three story home. It turned out to have been happening for a while due to issues with a down spout never addressed. The entire wall had to be rebuilt, mold remediated, and external stucco on two faces of the building redone. The crew was professional and efficient. After all the work and rework, the house looked great. We had a few changes we put into the rebuild as well to make it our own. The team also reworked internal drywall, and painted. Job was done over a few months time and the wall needed re-engineering - all was taken care of quickly.

We had a complete kitchen and bath remodel. Mario and his crew did a superb job. As an architect, married to an architect, we were not the easiest clients. He completed all details to our satisfaction, not always an easy task. His prices are very reasonable and he is one of the most honest contractors I've worked with. Months later, when we had a few minor projects, more appropriate for a handyman, he was willing to take on a job that small. And all for a reasonable price. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Mario and Sure-Built Construction.

A few years ago Mario and his crew remodeled and painted the exterior of my house, I was impressed with their professionalism and craftsmanship. Always showed up on time, always available for phone calls and open to suggestions and modifications. Very happy with the results.

The best experience we have ever had with a contractor. We replaced 1400 sq. feet of flooring and underwent a full kitchen remodel. Mario w/ Sure Built Construction had great ideas and suggestions to help us with our project. Mario was extremely reliable, transparent with the costs, and finished the project ON TIME.
