We began our sunroom and deck project with another contractor. It was a mess from the beginning. After months of work and still not completed, we had no other choice but to switch contractors mid-construction and we found St Louis Renovators. Walking into a messy project was no easy task, however Jim handled it with such ease and open-mindedness, that it helped to renew our faith in contractors! Jim was honest and easy to work with. He was upfront to tell us areas of the project he was comfortable in tackling and which ones he thought would be handled better by someone else. I look forward to having another home project for St. Louis Renovators to start from the beginning!!

Love...love...love my new master bath! I highly recommend St. Louis Renovators. James and his father Jim are awesome. They are very professional, responsible, knowledgeable, flexible to changes, and detailed oriented. They were respectful of our home, cleaning up after themselves daily and putting down runners to protect flooring. I was totally comfortable with them in our home, even when we weren’t around. They brought in excellent subcontractors to handle some items they could not do themselves (electrical, plumbing, glass for shower). James came by several times before we even signed a contract to walk through the project with us. He provided great ideas which we incorporated into the project. His ideas added so much class to the project. I will be using them again on our next bathroom upgrade. If anyone would like to discuss this with me personally, feel free to call. James has my number.

Jim and his team did a great job on my bathroom and for a good price; they tore it down to the studs and rebuilt beautifully! The even helped me make some decisions about hardware and fixtures.

St Louis Renovators finished our basement. We added a living area, bedroom & bathroom. The job was completed in a timely manner. Communication was excellent. Craftmanship/finishing work was excellent. I will be hiring St. Louis Renovators again for our kitchen remodel in the future.

Jimmy Erlinger does excellent work!I had some light renovations done to my house and he was timely, super friendly and thorough. When he came over to help us decide what we wanted to do and how to do the job, he took plenty of time and we didn’t feel rushed. In the past, I’ve felt like everything was about the money with construction or even handymen, but with St. Louis Renovators, I can tell they actually enjoy what they do! It’s very refreshing.

Saint Louis Renovators provided excellent workmanship with a professional, hands-on approach in order to make sure the final product was exactly how I wanted it. Jim's work on my full bathroom looked so good that I asked him to renovate my half bathroom.
