Silver Oak Remodel

We could not be more thrilled with our experience with Silver Oak. From the very beginning they were professional and made sure that our goals were accomplished. We LOVE how our kitchen renovation turned out and will definitely use them again in the future!!

I interviewed and received design plans from several kitchen remodeling companies, and Silver Oak was hands-down the best. Not only did the designer listen to what I wanted, but she gently recommended other elements that I would never have thought of, and fell in love with! So the relationship started off beautifully. And then when I was assigned my Project Manager, I KNEW I had made the right decision. Communication was superb. Contractors were top-notch. And I got my dream kitchen. Silver Oak was not the cheapest of the firms I considered, but I got every penny's worth, from the people to the product. My greatest fears going into the process of finding a kitchen firm were 1) the workmanship would be subpar, and 2) I'd be dealing with poor communication (not being kept in the loop, issues not being explained, etc.). Once I contracted with Silver Oak Remodel, I never once felt any of those fears. I recommend them without reservation, and am so proud of this remodel. My designer Kerry Hendry and project manager Don Hladko, thank you thank you thank you! What a great partnership!

Kitchen renovations are always inconvenient; however, Silver Oak made it as seem less as possible! From initial planning phase through to completion everything went smooth. Everyone involved was professional. Always arriving on the scheduled day, on time and cleaning up after each visit. The app helped me know what to expect each day. We hired Silver Oak to finish our basement and could not have been more pleased. We wanted to do some unique things, such as raise the ceiling to accommodate a golf simulator and building a wine cellar. The team at Silver Oak did a great job figuring out how to make it all possible and made sure to address any concerns along the way. Overall, we are extremely pleased with how our project turned out!

Silver Oak did a full rebuild of our interior (1st and 2nd Floor) & reimagined our kitchen and master bath. Their in-house designer Lauren pointed out some great ways to maximize space, and got me the look I wanted by working with us on each selection. Which can be a tedious process. Everything was seamless starting with the communication to delivering the job on time! This was critical since we needed to move out the of the house during the renovation. I couldn’t be happier!

Five Stars for Silver Oak Remodel! My husband and I did our first-ever master bathroom remodel (a complete tear-out and remodel), along with some kitchen updates and improvements/enhancements. Being "remodel rookies" made us very nervous because we did not know what to expect, but Silver Oak Remodel made it as easy as any project of that size can possibly be. I interviewed several other remodel companies before hiring Silver Oak Remodel. They were neither the least nor most expensive, and now that we are finished, I can say they were absolutely the right company to choose. From beginning the project design and budgeting process (What do we need and what do we want, and how much is that going to cost?); to selecting colors and materials (Who knew there were so many options?!?); to project implementation - Silver Oak Remodel kept us informed throughout our project. Every team member was great - from the project designer, to the project manager, to the craftsmen and trades people who were onsite every day doing the work (demolition crew, plumbing, electrical, dry wall, painting, cabinetry, tile and glass...the list goes on and on). They were polite, professional, and showed concern and respect for our home. Our project was completed within budget, and within the timeframe Silver Oak Remodel had estimated for us. Most importantly, we loved the end result! I do not hesitate to recommend Silver Oak Remodel!

We really enjoyed working with Silver Oak Master Bathroom and powder room renovation. The cabinets look great and the tile work is fantastic. The selection process took a lot time but the finished results were worth it. The crews were polite and hard working. Great team! We expected good work but also appreciated other details such as cleaning up and keeping organized. Very respectful of our home. We will use them for our next project!

We hired Silver Oak to put a bar in our basement. I gave them a general idea of what I wanted and they totally came through. Josh and his team are easy to work with and they were flexible when I requested changes. They are fairly priced and do great. I highly recommend them for your renovation needs.

I'm the type of guy thinks he knows what he wants but has a hard time explaining it. I've been wanting to spruce up my kitchen and convert the laundry room into a functional mudroom and laundry room. The designer at Silver Oak was simply amazing. She took my poorly thought out conversion and update into a functional and masterfully designed oasis. It really makes a difference when you have an expert involved. The little things don't get left out. All the workers were courteous and respectful of my time. I am happy I gave the project to Silver Oak Remodel instead of my normal handyman who is a good guy. I hope you enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies we made from our kitchen oasis.

The Silver Oak team did an amazing job transforming our Virginia Highlands home. They did a complete remodel including re-imagining the kitchen and bathrooms. One of the reasons we chose Silver Oak is they designed the kitchen and bath themselves and were very knowledgeable and had great design ideas. Other contracts we spoke to wanted us to bring in an architect which was a very large added expense/headache. Silver Oak was also very easy to communicate with. They use an app (Buildertrend) to communicate any changes in the project. This really streamlined the whole process. They were very open and honest throughout the process and got the job done on time and on budget. My wife and I would definitely recommend them and will use them again. My wife and I very much enjoyed working with Josh and his team at Silver Oak. They really helped us realize our vision for our kitchen and we are very pleased with the results. We felt the pricing was very fair for the quality of the work. They took exceptional care to keep a clean job site and worked around our schedule to minimize any disruptions. Also worth noting is their on-line tool for tracking your project that allows you to view progress, approve any scope changes, and communicate with them in an efficient manner. Overall great experience!
